    Smile What's up everyone, I need some advice

    Hey bros. I'm going on vacation in 4 months (to Brazil, home of the sexiest women on Earth) sooo... I need to either bulk or cut, but I don't know which.
    I'm 5'9 200lbs. I've been pumpin for about 1 month, and I mean serious sh*t, my sessions are 2-3 hours 3-4 times a week. I might be overtraining but idgaf I like working out.
    My main concern for bulking is getting overly fat, due to the fact that I have fat already. My main concern with cutting is losing mass, even doe I want that 6pack. I also have soccer in the fall so I don't want to run like an obese slob
    I think I should cut, but I want your expertise.

    Listen, my friend and his family are native to Brazil. They go there every year. Clubs are open to all ages and the women are amazing. Just by the fact that you speak English and you are american they will be all over you.... But honestly I would find a mid point between bulk and cut.....

    You need to get that "idgaf" mindset out of your head or you will go nowhere fast.

    Since you're on a tight schedule, I'd recommend cutting. Of course it's really just personal opinion, but I think you'd look better a bit skinnier than a bit fatter/bigger (when bulking).

    I've no idea how you are 200lb's...

    What on earth could you be doing in the gym for 2-3 hours?

    If I was you I'd probably cut. As for your concern about losing mass, no offence but you dont have much muscle mass at all.
