Hey bros. I'm going on vacation in 4 months (to Brazil, home of the sexiest women on Earth) sooo... I need to either bulk or cut, but I don't know which.
I'm 5'9 200lbs. I've been pumpin for about 1 month, and I mean serious sh*t, my sessions are 2-3 hours 3-4 times a week. I might be overtraining but idgaf I like working out.
My main concern for bulking is getting overly fat, due to the fact that I have fat already. My main concern with cutting is losing mass, even doe I want that 6pack. I also have soccer in the fall so I don't want to run like an obese slob
I think I should cut, but I want your expertise.
