best sleep formula? any reconmendations?

tried musclepharm bullet proof, the old one. and holy fuk.

2 scoops of craze, buzzing like a vibrator all night. half scoop of bulletproof i was out like a light. Im pretty sure they reformulated it, now its not a product worth mentioning.

any good products out there?

I have heard good things about abyss unparalleled. I also tried the ronnie coleman sleep formula. worked great the flavour was wretched however.

Ouch, that's a lot of pressure. At least you have the assurance that you can always trade them to me or many other people if it doesn't work out. Give it about two weeks before making an assessment, that's when I really notice the impressively deep sleep

i cant find it on google but the old formula's profile looked much differance to the new one

9/10. is started off with 1 scoop and only had to use 1.5 at the end of the tub. might by again sometime soon

once i took 1.5 scoops with additional melatonin. i got a little dizzy for a second and i swear to god that was the best sleep of my life

I am almost through my second bottle and it is great sleep. I actually sleep less and feel more refreshed in the morning. I have to say I was disappointed after the first couple of initial doses, but after I want to say a week I really started to sleep well.

I took the old bulletproof and really liked it. I think it had phenibut in it, which usually knocks me out. Had a bunch of other stuff to if I remember correctly like ZMA and GABA. unless there was a version before that with just arginine.

Sorry it doesn't have some beast name, haha. This has tremendously helped to regulate my sleeping cycle and once regulated, no need for nightly use! It's convenient and also supports biphasic sleeping (personal experience), which is the "proper" way to sleep. I've never had trouble falling asleep when I wake up in the middle of the night & I always wake up well-rested.

Lights out is worthy of looking into. Tons of great positive feedback around the boards on it. 30 minutes before bed on an empty stomach will have you calmed down nicely. A lot of people get away with only using 1 cap making it last forever. Sometimes I'll stack valarian root with it since its only 2 bucks for a bottle when its more anxiety related issues keeping me awake.

yeah under like 5g I do believe, GABA is supposed to be taking with juice so i just do like a 6oz V8 veggie juice low calorie and carb but still 7g oh wellsss

iron dream did both for me. melatonin just reduces the amount it takes you to fall asleep

Two products I am happy to recommend are;

1) Nimbus Abyss Unparalled - gives me great sleep quality but I also seem able to wake up when I need to (to kids etc) and be fully functional. If I do wake up I can fall back to sleep easily and seem to need less sleep. I don't wake up groggy or anything. As a shift worker I use this fairly regularly.

2) I Force Lights Out - as the name suggests I use this when I have the luxury of really knocking myself out. 2 caps and, well "lights out". I only use this occasionally as I worry I won't wake up to the kids crying etc but this product works very well for me.
