Hey I was just wondering if someone could tell me how long B-complex takes to kick in after taking it. I'm going to start taking this pre workout and I want to know when I should take it before going to the gym.
Thanks in advance.

If you're looking for an endurance or focus boost you're not going to get it. It's not something you will "feel" like beta-alanine or a stim "hitting" you. If you eat meat and/or take a multivitamin you'll end up urinating all/the majority of it out.
What were you expecting to get out of it?Supplement a good diet: don't diet on supplements.

I'm just looking to take something that will help my energy levels out during the gym, I'm not looking to take any caffeine loaded stuff or beta alanine and have my heart feel like its coming out of my chest along with being all itchy and stuff. No offense to anybody that takes that stuff but I just want something a little more natural if that's even the right word for vitamins. I just don't want to burn out or fatigue as early is all, and I don't eat pre workout I train fasted so eating is out of the question. Also yeah I know you excrete most of it out because your body doesn't store B-Complex, but I looked around and saw it can last 3-4 hours before its done going through your body. I figured that be plenty of time to head to the gym and do my sets with what ever energy my body needs from the B-Complex before its done passing through. I guess you could say I want something a little more mellow but something that can still help me out in the gym energetically.

If you're looking for something to help increase your endurance and keeping you from becoming fatigued I'd highly recommend looking into Body Octane which is a stimulant free, non-proprietary blend, effectively dosed pre work out and one of my top 3 favorite supplements. I take it almost every work out and have probably gone through 8-9 jugs in the last year.

If you really want a legitimate boost, the tingling from beta alanine will go away after a bit. Once you build up your tolerance you won't get any tingles unless you dose like 4g at once.
Also lol at a b complex being more natural. Cyannocobalamin isn't exactly natures best.USBF Physique and Bodybuilding

I didn't ask what I should take pre workout.. I asked how long I should take B-complex before a workout, whether or not I was taking B-complex wasn't in question... its just someone decided to give me a completely different answer. Not trying to sound rude but I wasn't at all expecting a question for my question lol.

"I just want something a little more natural if that's even the right word for vitamins." By saying that I wasn't implying that it was natural, just couldn't think of the right word, sorry if I made you interpret that wrong. And also I'm no scientist but at least B Complex(unless you take a ridiculous amount of b3) doesn't give you the tingles.. but that's besides the point I just don't want to take beta alanine, all I want to know is how long does it take for B-Complex to start to activate after taking it but for some reason all I can get are other questions, different pre workout suggestions, and some backlash instead lol..

I didn't realize BA was definitely out of the question for you. BA is one of the most proven endurance supplements out there. I merely suggested BO because if provides exactly what you are looking for as an ergogenic aid unlike a oral B vitamin.
Yes, BA does cause some paresthesia, but it goes away and if you don't take a full dose at once it's not bad. If you are willing to at least give it a shot I'll send you a couple of samples. Shoot me a PM. The only reason I recommended the product to you is because I feel as it's what you are looking for. If you're not interested I'll let bygones be bygones and pretend not to be heart broken.Supplement a good diet: don't diet on supplements.

I DIDN'T ASK ANY OF THOSE QUESTIONS.. i just want to be told how long it takes for b-complex vitamins to work after taken. Stop asking me other questions for my question, again just incase you missed it i don't want know anything other then how long it takes for B-complex to kick in. Why do people keep asking me different questions? I didnt ask what situation i had to be in to take B-complex.. again I'm taking it and theres no question about it, for the third time i just want to know HOW LONG IT TAKES TO WORK ONCE TAKEN...

-rep power? All I wanted is my question answered and not multiple other questions spout back at me and people telling me not to or why it should be taken...
All reply's where appreciated (except for the troll ones), I just wish they would've helped my question and not a completely different one.
Thanks anyways, I guess I'll just ask a PT next time I hit the gym or something.. I'm actually not sure now why I Didn't think to do that to begin with.

Maybe my vision is going idk, but if it is could you please tell me where on here it answers my question? Where does it answer how long it takes for B-Complex to work after taken? Not what pre workout I should take. Not what conditions I should only need to take B-Complex. Not what legitimate boost I need. And not if I want something to "hit" me or not. If Im asking how to get to Canada and your telling me how to get to or recommending me to go to Mexico how does that at all help me?
I wanted to know how long, after taking the vitamin B-Complex, does your body start to take in energy from the vitamin. I know its in and out of your body because its water soluble and you end up peeing it out. But what I want to know is how long from the time you take the pill does it take for the vitamin to activate and for the b vitamins to be usable by your body, regardless of how long they stay in there, or how fast they go through your body, or how much is wasted. If I'm missing something please let me know.
