I'm 15 135 and was bench pressing 180 and didn't workout for two days and now my max is 160. So pissed all I have been working on is bench. Help and anwsers?

so... what youre telling me is that you took a normal amount of rest between days of working a particular muscle group, and your press went down?
I'm sure there were other factors involved in you pressing less weight. your diet, intensity, or dehydration level can all factor into how much you can lift. 2 days off is a SHORT amount of time to take off.

1. You don't lose anything in two days.
2. Trying to max two days apart is not smart, good way to injure yourself and completely pointless.
3. Working on only bench is even dumber than maxing every two days. If you want to screw up your back continue doing this.
4. If your form was consistent (good) then your press would be consistent.Experience, not just theory
