Keep it clean :-)
Fishnbrah, I thought we are keeping it clean and straight down to business :-), as you rightly said only motivation and cutting support :-)
You don't want to turn it to turn to the other cutting thread which is more of general conversation one :-).
No pics of me yet at 200 and looking decent but later this afternoon.
Inb4 G4P comments that will follow :-)

Been off of a routine for about 2 weeks now. Kinda fun coming up with random things to do that you haven't.
Starting new program on the 13th though. Lots of body weight stuff combined with lifting. I'm mainly just used to programs like 5/3/1 and 5x5 so I haven't done much bodyweight stuff before. Just picking things up and putting them down.> Nitro's cutting crew

Started cutting yesterday. Prior to my bulk, I was around 200lbs and bulked up to 235lbs. Now slowly cutting for summer. I always ended up cutting too much too fast in the past, so I'm taking this cut slow. Dropped calories just a tad bit and added cardio at the end of most of my workouts.
Progressive overload + progressive eating = gains. Simple as that!

started cutting/lifting at start of october 2013, 160 lbs (guestimated between 25 and 30% BF - low LBM.)
full body 3x per week, moved on to upper/lower split 4x per week pretty quickly (maybe too quickly but i'm happy with it and progressing). kept cals below 1800.
currently stand at just under 145 lbs, look thinner, lifts have progressed (probably put on ~3-5 lbs LBM) guess now about 18% (don't want to under guess)
the cut continues for another month or two/whenever i'm happy to focus on bulking.
inb4 some people recommend that i bulk first because i only have ~115-120 lbs LBM but it's better than nothing and i promise to lean bulk as best as i can
wish me luck

In on cut! lost 20 lbs over the past 3 months (and 4" from waist) while just eating a little less. Now I want to get to 10% BF and then lean bulk to finally have them abs for the first time ever.
Aim high guys. GL to all of you!Iron, sometimes it sets my teeth on edge, other times it helps me control the chaos.

Best of luck bro, you were one of my original bb.com inspirations when I first joined the site, I remember going through all your posts when you/Germanic/Zyzz and still semi Klaus were the "Misc Kings." Hope you smash it up!
I still remember watching this video and having it pump me up before my gym sessions
More than enough time.
I'd also bet you're lower than 16-18%. Misc perception for bf% is retarded because they use photoshopped pictures under perfect lighting with the athlete having taken diuretics/carbed up and having an amazing pump as a guideline. However that is not even CLOSE to day to day conditioning. Thus most estimates can be off by 2 and even upwards of 4-5%. If you want post a different picture and I can give you an estimate, but even if you were 16%, it'd be MORE than doable to get to 9% by July, if anything you could do it so slowly that you may even make small gains since the deficit/cardio wouldn't need to be high at all. 7 months for 7% bf (and you're probably closer to the 12-14% range) is pretty damn easy when really you can lose 2 and even sometimes 3% bf A MONTH, not even killing yourself that much (in the beginning anyways).
