    Heavy Chest and back

    Yes I forgot to post my chest workout yesterday doing this week on my own heavier workouts this week, the heavy legs and a lil cold has my hammies and glutes almost feeling pulled a bit, but yes I decided to do my deads today!

    today was deads and some pretty good weights and better than what i expected because of feeling crappy but did some stuff w the sledgehammer-not banging a tire or anything but knocking down cinderblocks, so hand grip was rough

    I did my 2nd Chest workout in but in a pre-exhausted state as it was originally a triceps day only but wanted to do a 2nd chest workout with low volume and lighter reps, so it was a pretty good workout and the tris were done:

    Tonight was the Heavy bench night at 75% and some pausing going on for the bottom part of the bench making it a bit harder!

    today was a medium chest day 3rd time and got some light deads today for the 3rd time as well and then another heavy leg day to start off the week tomorrow:

    This workout went down with biceps being 1st because this used to b a biceps only workout but added another light back after the biceps so main workout is biceps with a lil bit of basic back.
