i do this because it was always a dream as a kid collecting marvel comic books and picture myself to have the body n strength of hulk n others.i do this bc this is my drug and high, i feel good on what i do, i dont do drugs or smoke n get wasted, i get my fun in the gym, i gave up 8 years of skateboarding for this. everyday people ask me if i compete in bodybuilding or powerlifting.

Like I said over n over again, I bench 565lbs raw as my best 3 years ago. 500lbs for reps raw. I didn't get the slingshot sleeves till the night before I tried it.
I asked the dude in black tanktop to my right, he said he didn't pull n I can do it bc he seen me done that much normally. He prob touched it with a finger, and most of the time my bench is slightly off. One is slighty high then the other side depending on how bad my elbow tendon pain is. Bench 20 years heavy n come back to me and tell me how ur elbows n tendons feelFictional character

It feels awesome to put great numbers but I disagree with some people say I did it for ego. If I did it for ego. I would film every workout everyday n post hundreds of pics. I make a video like once a year, but I notice when I had old. Old videos with jeans on n paper towels benching, no one notice the videos are like 4 years old. I never wear gloves, I had jeans on bc the womens in see thru spandexs in south florida gives u a semi or a boner when they do adductors or abuctors or bend over in front of u when u workout. I didn't like what miscers found about. Craiglist of mens of gym memeber writing creepy **** about other mens working out. Last. I work in a salon, I get off work late n the gym closes early.
The video of my 590lbs was around 11:45pm. 15 mins before midnight la fitness close.
Will there be more videos of better benching? Of course, I got to work my way up and have super confidence that I'm not going to screw up or get hurt.
Why did I post this in the misc page? Bc I used to be a miscer n still lurk the misc once a year. Nothing wrong with sharing to the misc buddies, some hates me, some are cool with me, it doesn't matter or affect my offline life. Its just a video for me to view over n over to study my forms n lift to improve it.
Everyone says spotters helped and the slingshot helped 50lbs... Don't you think that minus what I bench is still over 500lbs, see much miscer benching 500lbs?
1-2 years later ill look back at this post and realizes its was all laugh, shet n giggles while I pass the 650lbs range raw if I can grow n strengthen up, just like looking at my old videos.

Just so I don't have to read 6 pages of you defending yourself to helpless Internet warriors that bench 800+lbs on an off day; I'm going to ask:
What is that contraption that's mimicking a bench shirt? How much do you think it helps with the heavier weight? I'd like to try it honestly! My raw bench is only 325 right now and id like to go heavier.

I learned a lot from watching mark bell videos of his demonstartion of how to use it. I knew right away one look that caught my attention,it deff kept my eblows from blowing out, painless workout keeps me training harder n do other workout days feeling less joint pains n tendons pain free. It alsp keeps my pec/delt area from tearing off my chest bone. I got hella stretch marks around my pec/delt area from going deep n heavy. The band feels like when ur doing seated db press and ur spotters helps u push an extra rep by using his hands n placing it under ur elbows to slowly help u press another rep or two.
The slingshot isn't doing everything for me, if it was. I would have posted a video of me benching 650lbs when my average raw working bench sets are 500- low 500lbs for reps.Fictional character

One last thing. I don't bench like power lifters do. I bench flat, back n ass on the pad, stomach down and elbows wide out like a jumbojet wings. I can bench with elbows pointing to my hip and close to the side and bar going down touching my belly as my belly is high up in the air. Its just not me and if I try to arch my back like powerlifters do, my back locks up and I get very painful herinated disk n sciatic nerve damage.

I was very very good. Did a lot of big huge air stuff n a lot of tech tricks. Ollie 32 inches. Do huge kick flips or healflips over big sets of stairs. Broken my ankles 4 times, 2 each side so in high school I started p.e. Started training my upperbody n loved it. But my lower body calves n quads was huge compared to my boney upper.

op if you had posted a clean 495, which I don't doubt you can do, EVERY single one of us here would have been strongly mirin and blowing smoke up your wotnot. 3 spotters, all touching the bar, soft handoff, AND a slingshot..how much are we to assume you were actually lifting? There is no jelly/hating on my part, I will NEVER approach that sort of strength, but calling that a 590 bench is full retard to anyone with more than a years lifting behind them
I'm sure you have seen Eric Spotos training vids, all super clean rep sets. Why wouldn't you post something along those lines, srs?

No need to prove anything to you, there's several miscers that workout at my gym that also filmed me and made posts of videos of me. If u were on my fb, u would have seen my tape measure of my arms 20.5 inches for the past several years. If u can't tell in my avator then I'm not to be worried what u think.
