So I started at about 167,5 lbs, my diet is basically anything I want, i try to keep protein at 120g/ total calories 1800, which is about 500 deficit. I am on second cycle of all pros beginners routine. Last time I weighed 3 weeks ago and I was 159 pounds.
I want to reduce body fat percentage to about 10 per cent. I know I lack lbm etc, but I wouldn't feel comfortable putting on weight- I've never been lean in my lifetime.
Can you see any difference in the pics? Could you try to estimate my BF? The photo on the left was taken today, the other before starting diet at 10/26
