    7 weeks so far

    So I started at about 167,5 lbs, my diet is basically anything I want, i try to keep protein at 120g/ total calories 1800, which is about 500 deficit. I am on second cycle of all pros beginners routine. Last time I weighed 3 weeks ago and I was 159 pounds.

    I want to reduce body fat percentage to about 10 per cent. I know I lack lbm etc, but I wouldn't feel comfortable putting on weight- I've never been lean in my lifetime.

    Can you see any difference in the pics? Could you try to estimate my BF? The photo on the left was taken today, the other before starting diet at 10/26

    Yea, you look smaller, but you also look sick. I think you need to realize you're not going to improve aesthetically by continuing to lose weight. Also, you might have slight gyno.

    Time to bulk dude. Do it nice and slow so you don't add a whole lot of fat.

    Agree with lee.

    You need to start packing on mass, eat at a small surplus and lift heavy, you will not look good getting lean, you already look semi-auschwitz mode.
    You are lean now, you do not need to get leaner with so little lbm.

    In all honesty, if you even could lose another 10% BF, you wouldn't feel comfortable there either.
    Your already pretty damn low as it is for your height (your weight), losing much more could start to bring about health issues.

    Just gain some weight man, seriously.

    Thank you all for critcism, I suppose I will change my diet to 300-400 kcal surplus and see how will it work for me.

    You need to bulk. What you are doing is not going to help in getting a 6 pack or anything else. Reverse them calories and become a god!

    Love ur posts man, straight to the point no beating around the bush lol. OP I agree with the others do yourself a favor by lifting as heavy as you can in a slight surplus for at least 8 months then maybe cut. I'm actually in the same situation myself
