Is one better than the other or is it basically the same? I was thinking of going with sci-fit bcaa powder or optimum bcaa 1000 caps.

Most recommendations call for 1.5 grams 3x per day. I am currently taking ******** (VitaminShoppe brand) that are 1200 mg L-luecine, 600 mg L-lsoleucine and 600 mg L-Valine. The L-luecine is the main component here and this puts be me close to daily recommendations.
Not getting as much as powders but don't have to deal with the bad taste.10-05 303lbs

has anyone tried mixing it with gatorade? I ran out of cell mass, and started using Magnitude before AND after my workouts. Its working good for gains, but i can feel the loss of the bcaa and glutamine benefits, so i wanted to get some bcaa to mix in with my magnitude creatine/powder gatorade Post workout shake. Will the gatorade and flavored creatine do a pretty good job of killing the taste?
