it's normally about 7" flaccid so grows about 4", it does not just stand straight up, it curves down to start with and then still kinda hangs down even fully stiff also it does not stay fully stiff for long, full erection kinda comes and goes and it can be stiff enough to smash but still kinda squishy nomsayin, no homo
