Its good..using Choco PB now, its really sweet doe. Consistency is in between is a little thicker than ON, a little less thicker than Trutein ..... so in between. Not sure how the Milk chocolate tastes, still have to finish the CPB, but makes pretty good proats
Really contemplating on getting it...but can't decide between the small or large. Large is expensive af, but I think I can get away with the small - just not sure if it will be big enough and work my back the way the large would, like the roller would be covered by my back pretty much and won't have no room on the sides to position my self better

Still counting macros bulking although not as close as when I was cutting and if I want a donut or an apple or something I just eat it. Seems to be working.

Counting is the only way to become a sick kunt, 7 days after staying on track and counting everything I feel good and motivated knowing that I hit all dem macros, will report back before New Years with sickening gains

I guess the only time you really need to track macros is if you constantly under eat protein or fat. If you don't under eat though, tracking macros isn't really providing much of an additional benefit.

Just finished an hour on the stationary bike. 10 minute warmup and cooldown, with high/low intensity intervals of 3-4 minutes. Kind of a milder longer HIIT
