If you're eating more fat and less carbs, i.e. the Keto or Atkins diet then it's going to be a good fit for you. If you're doing low fat and high carb, maybe not so much...

Excellent source as one of a variety. Has medium chain triglycerides, has stable shelf life, and evidence shows it is handled differently than animal based sat fats by your body. Also, for those of us with no gall bladder, it doesn't require bile to break down.
Hydrogenated. Or any oil heated beyond its smoke point for too long. Or any oil subjected to pesticides as a crop. Also (just my personal opinion), GMO. People can feel free to disagree with the latter.
