Looked at the stats on C4 again today and it looks pretty good, has some nice deals at the moment too. Pre-JYM looks legit as well. People's bodies are different though, gotta find the PWO that works for you, try getting some free samples somewhere

Pre-jym is hands down one of the best, just came off that stuff, but the value wasn't there for me, one serving gives great energy and insane pumps but I just don't want to order my pre-workout every 3 weeks, or spend more money to order multiple tubs at once, if only he would increase the serving size to like 25-30 I wouldn't even mind shelling out $39.99 for the stuff if it gave me a couple extra servings.

That being said here are some of my favorites in order of number of consecutive tubs I purchased:

Super Pump Max (Probably 7-8 back in the day)
Universal Shock Therapy (5-6) - This ones my all time favorite

10 squats below parallel at 365lbs
100m lunges with 35lbs Kettlebells over head each hand.
15 degree incline job 1 mile.

Legs feel ridiculous but that energy and pump are insane on Razor8. Flavor is not greatest it is a little to wildly sweet but just use extra water.

I always feel bloated from c4 and sometimes get heartburn. My top ones I've used are razor 8, craze, hemo-rage uc (original), and jack3d (original), stimforce. C4's not bad. It tastes pretty good though and my vascularity/pump is insane.

I had gotten two tubs of Triple Berry. It is ok taste. Lemon lime I hve tried and it is better IMO. Next is Watermelon for me!

Honestly it all depends on what you're looking for. Everyone here has listed off awesome PWOs but no two are the same. It's best to try and get as many samples as you can and try everything to determine what works for you, and what you personally like. Some people react to certain ingredients differently than others.
