Been doing 6am workouts
Surprisingly I have been enjoying them.
Since 2003 I've been doing late night strength training.
The last time I consistently did pre-work strength training was when I was beginning pre deployment training for Afghanistan.

Yeah that's one of the best parts.
There is usually a morning crew of 6 people plus a couple random people every now and then.

I enjoy it.
No waiting.
Just get in
Workout get out.

I go to golds gym. It's 24hrs and open 363.5 days a year.
