I'm 15 male 185m and 64kg, i play footy whichr requires endurance and strength. I been lifting for a couple of weeks now, i also do a lot of running and core work, i need to add on weights it's that simple to get stronger but not fatty weight, i'm lanky i guess. Using TDEEand using Mifflin's forumla my TDEE is 2676 calories, so do i add 500 onto that in order to bulk up, so 3176 calories a day? Is this accurate? if i eat that many calories a day when will i gain weight say in 1 month how much would i gain weight?
thanks

what's wrong with a teen trying to bulk up? I'd advise he wait if he were talking about a big cut, but he just wants to eat and grow which is prefect for a 15 year old.
OP, that number is probably fine to start. Just monitor your weight and adjust so your're gaining around 1.5-2kg a month. more than that and you might want to cut back a little. My running and ICF 5x5 log - http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=153761921
