Hey guys,
Was wondering what's the real correlation between your own weight and the added weight ?
For example , I just tried for the first time 1RM Pull-up and those are the stats:
My weight: 157lbs
Added weight: ~140lbs
Total weight: ~297lbs
%Added weight: ~90%
How do I interpret the results correctly ?
