    Does Neutral Grip Pull Ups Work Forearms More Than Regular Ones?

    Sort of like a hammer curl version with bodyweight instead.

    with that said

    Your back should be the primary movement of the exercise....forearms/biceps is secondary....if you're feeling it more in your forearms then your back...then you're doing something wrong.

    i believe a neutral grip and pronated grip works your forearms much more than an supinated grip, since a supinated grip brings your biceps in more.

    Hammer tend to hit the brachial more as a main elbow flexor and some brachioradialis ( most people think of this muscle as a forearm muscle but it is a flexor of the elbow )
