you know I was following along via FB! Both you and the wife did AWESOME! Gotta get my squat to catch up to yours (better chance of that than my bench :/ ). I want a 1050+ this year at the Ok State meet (it's in Oct.)

My first meet I hit 1045 and now I'm up to 1100! Def. set goals for yourself and improve each time out! October is my next meet also!
Thank you!
Here's a video of the course (sorry for the sideways vid)...and a pic of my knees (the aftermath)
My knees still sting when they rub against anything. Awful spot for that to happen lol
DUDE! Completely forgot you were gonna be there! How did you do? You shoulda said what's up, but I understand about being in the zone lol
I'll be at the boston one!
Thanks brah

As your friend and future coach I have a request....let's go ahead and start putting all these clips together and making a movie. It's really easy and once you do it once it will be really fast.
PC use Windows Movie Maker, which is free
MAC use iMovie which comes with the mac
iPhone you can purchase the iMovie app.Contest Prep Coach

So I'm writing my own training protocol this time around, it should be interesting. The program will be set up with squat twice a week, bench twice a week, and DL once per week. Loads will progressively increase weak to weak either by % or volume. Also some work will be based on off of a % for a set number of reps and sets, some will be based on RPE.
I haven't done any high rep squatting in a long time so today was def. a challenge. I def went DERE on my 4th set. I started to get exhausted at the 6th rep but I talked myself into the last 4. Mind of matter!★★★ RSP Nutrition Lead Representative ★★★

I'll def be increasing food gradually over the next 6 months or so and with that I should see an increase in strength naturally. The program is set up to hit major lifts multiple times per week because I believe frequency is key. Rep ranges, speed, volume, intensity will vary from work out to workout. Each workout will include one lift that is strictly and accessory for the major lift of that day. The rest of the day will focus on other things such as weak point, hypertrophy, etc.
