What the f*ck day amps you brahs up the most?
Chest day is always my favourite, and thefore I think my favourite exercises are in this order:
1st: incline DB press
2nd: cable flies baby
3rd: Power clean/jerks (new-found love, trying to explode dem shoulders over the summer)

1. deadlifts
2. barbell rows (the only exercise that has ever blown up my lats. the ONLY one)
3. wide grip pull ups (new found love after making dem gainz from bb rows and rack chinning)
people say they love benching man... i mean the first 3 months lifting benching was the **** but honestly after a while, the back is so much more orgasmic to contract.
