Alright so today was part 2 to maxing day. Today was lower body day and I was not disappointed at all because I had no exact idea of what my lifts would be like upper day. I took 2 scoops Capsi prior to working out and tried a sample pack of Con-Cret Pineapple flavor. It definitely packs a punch for flavor. I liked it a lot though. Took 2 scoops whey protein post workout. Had some great energy today from the capsi and was sweating a lot. Once again I prefer doing 2 reps over 1 for maxing.

So today was my last day. My Capsi is all gone but I really enjoyed logging it for Team Bronze and for ProMera. I will give my final review later tonight. I am busy since it's Father's day. I took 2 scoops Blue Raspberry 15 minutes prior to exercising. For my final 3 days I maxed and finished up with Cardio. Was exhausted afterwards.

Great job on your first fitness log and review. I have friends getting free samples that requested them three months ago, looks like ProMera is getting caught up on the orders
