How to adjust calories from cardio

So I lift 3-4x a week and, when I have the time, do some cardio. My question is how to I adjust my calorie intake due to taking the cardio? My confusion comes from the fact that the amount of calories which I eat is based on my BMR * a multiplier, where the multiplier is based on how many hours I've worked out in the week.

So if I do cardio for a day, do I adjust the multiplier, or do I just add a constant (depending on the exercise) amount of calories?

    Thanks

Calculate your TDEE with your activity level (which factors in cardio). If you've just 'added in' cardio for one day, either don't worry and eat the same number of calories, or eat some more food to cover up the calories you've expended. Your choice - what matters is that you stay consistent.
