    Advice for a gym noob?

    I recently decided to start going to the gym with my friend in order to get rid of my gut/man boobs, however I have no idea what I should be eating or what kind of exercise regimen I should follow. I'm 17,5 11, weight about 165 and consider my self to be fairly weak. Any advice or recommendations would be much appreciated.
