Post-Workout meal today was half of this huge tomato, bell pep, and onion frittata, along with a few slices of apple-smoked thick-cut bacon, some fried red-skin potatoes, a slice of buttered whole wheat toast, and a glass of cold milk.

Try this recipe with your ground turkey. Serious. Makes fantastic italian sausage style flavor. Read the notes in the recipes regarding doubling the seasonings etc.

Thanks man!
-I brought 1 cup of almond milk and 1/2 cup of water (I believe) to a boil
-stirred in 40g each of oats and grits
-cooked on medium for 5-6min (or however long you like)
-once about done, I turned the heat off and added:
-1 tsp vanilla
-1 tbsp cinnamon
-1/2 tbsp butter (optional, didn't taste it much)
-1 tbsp honey
-Last, I diced up 1 medium banana (110g), and stirred it in
As a man who loves his oats and his grits, I'm not sure I'd combine them again. I thought the grits got a bit lost, esp with the cinnamon. But it was definitely tasty, give it a try!
(Also, I think some crunchy peanut butter instead of the butter would have been even better!)Muscle & Magicka:
