Some Tips On How To Increase Your Vertical Leap Instantly

The best approach to vertical leap gains is to find a workout routine that works for you and stick with it.

Let me make this clear to you. It is possible for anyone to gain at least 8-10 inches on their vertical leap. Other than a workout routine, there are some other factors that play a big part in increasing your vertical leap.

You need to be confident in your workout. This is very important because confidence plays a big part in any kind of success. Not only do you need self-confidence and confidence in your workout but you need a workout plan that you know will help you add at least 8-10 inches to your vertical.

So you need to be following a program that works. There are so many programs out there that tell you that you can increase your vertical by 10 inches in 1 day or get a 50 inch vertical in 1 week but most of those claims are false and unrealistic. If you want to jump higher you're going to have to work for it; there is no other way around that.

So how can you increase your vertical jump right now?

Believe it or not there are temporary ways to increase your vertical jump instantly. With the right shoes you can add a inch to your vertical leap. You need to find shoes that are not only comfortable, but light. I have personally seen an increase in my vertical leap by changing my shoes from heavy and sturdy to light but still sturdy. Shoes with good grip also help.

Dynamic movement exercise is a great way to help warm up your muscles and help them to be more effective in athletic activity. Dynamic movement can be warm ups such as high knees, lunges, and leg swings.

Another great way to help increase your vertical leap instantly is to stretch. All kinds of stretches are great for loosening and warming up your body. Stretching can really add an inch to your vertical if done correctly.

Last but not least is improving your jumping form. This is probably the best way to instantly begin jumping higher. Its kind of hard to fix your vertical jump form if you don't have a personal trainer or a coach that knows how to fix this but you can find videos online and watch the way some of the great athletes jump.

I don't know how tall you're or how athletic you may be but, I know there are people out there who are under 5'10 and 150 pounds that can jump 40 inches in the air and dunk a basketball. I believe with the right workout routine and work ethic anyone can increase their vertical leap.
