What's the best mass gainer in the market currently, ingredient wise?
Could you make me some recommendations?

mass gainer has always been the oddest supplement to me. why not make your own? a cup of whole milk, serving of oatmeal + peanut butter,
two scoops protein, add some fruits pineapple apple bananas.. 1000 cals right there. you can save money and use it on more important things (multi, whey, fish oil), you get to use things that are probably in your house anyway, and its an easy way to get your fruits in
i know that wasnt the answer you were looking for, just wanted to throw it out there in case. all you need to do to gain mass is eat over your cal maintenance. if youre having trouble downing that much food that just make some homemade shakes like i mentioned

FFS.
Everytime someone asks this question you always get someone trying to score points saying how they're full of this and that and just make your own etc etc.
For once just answer the dudes question.
OP - Ive tried Gaspari Real Mass and USN hyperbolic and both work great for me. I need to consume 4000 cals daily and I just can't do it all in food, nor have the time to make my own. Simple.

It is better to make your own as far as ingredients go and is less expensive. Get regular protein and add thinks like oats and peanut butter to it. If you want a premade one for convenience, check out Mass-Tech.
