you are correct and wrong. we do fill easier, but it is much easier to go over our caloric intake because it is so low just to maintain.

When you are under 5 7, you have to be careful about many things. The way you dress, the type of shoes you wear, and your proportion. Please, dont go on a bulk if you are short, try to have a minimal bodyfat, and dont workout like you are the next ronnie coleman. The bigger you are, the shorter youll look. You wonna look lean and aesthetic. Your face should look aesthetic which means you shouldnt be taking sugar. Your hips shouldnt look big and your chest should be bigger than your stomach area meaning if you have a belly or look skinny fat than may god bless you.

This again? So easy to throw around broscience like this, isn't it? Maybe if you motivated yourself more instead of complaining you'd have a body you were happier with. It's genetics, not height. A bigger person can eat more and is naturally able to lift more weights. If getting ripped for shorties is as easy as you propose, the gym would be full of hyper-muscular manlet gorillas waiting to tackle you and make you their bish.
Chest wounds suck (when properly inflicted).

I tend to agree changes are noticed quickly with short guys. I want to say my piece though, if anyone complains about eating 3k calories you are going to have a rough time in this hobbie. That's the least of concerns eating only 3k calories.....jeeezes

More broscience by some non-avi poverty miscer.
Taller guys have more muscle fiber on average than shorter guys after months of training. When they are in the gym working out, they therefore are tearing more fibers. This means more gains.
The only thing that is harder by being tall is you need to EAT more. As for working out and gaining, just no lol. Excuses some lanky weed might say, but not a reality.Facial aesthetics determine attractiveness, all other attributes are just minor perks.

your jimmies have been rustled. Has nothing to do with genetics. Its mass/size issue. 5'7 brah with 15 inch flexed arms looks huge, compared to a 6'2 with 15s. Looking at them side by side without them flexing, it wouldn't even look like the 6'2 one even lifts.
And as mentioned before, 10lbs on a 5'7 looks a whole lot diff then a 6'2. Also if you take into account that some of the transformations in the other sections required 6'2 to put on 50-60lbs of muscle, many years of training and then look a few posts down for a 5'7 brah gaining 20lbs in a year and looking better then the 6'2.
