So title, People say eat 6-8 times a day and others say just eating 3 times is just as enough.
Also, how much calories do you roughly get in per meal? I eat three times and I feel like I only get 500 calories in per meal.. :\

protein shake
bowel of oatmeal
chicken and veggies

almond butter on oatmeal
a large amount of each and on school days 2 pita bread turkey sandwitches I weigh 132 5foot 5 15 i havent measured weight in a while

I eat 6 meals a day
450 (6 eggs, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 cup of milk) / 400 (protein shake, 2 pieces of bread, 1 banana) / 100 (protein shake) / 760 (1 cup of oats, 1 greek yogurt, 5 oz of almonds) / 860 (1 cup greek yogurt, 4 tbsp peanut butter, 5 oz almonds) / the rest varies from night to night depending on the dinner I haveVisit these educational sites on nutritional and supplemental advice:
