    How many times do YOU eat per day? Simple question!

    So title, People say eat 6-8 times a day and others say just eating 3 times is just as enough.


    Also, how much calories do you roughly get in per meal? I eat three times and I feel like I only get 500 calories in per meal.. :\

    3-4. Breakfast is about 650, then lunch #1 around 700. #2 is about 400 and then dinner is 900.

    I only have 4 because I was struggling to eat 2650 cals in 3! Haha.

    Are those huge ass meals you guys eat multiple times or small ones? Can you give an example of some of your meals?

    I eat 3 big meals a day, breakfast,lunch,dinner and I go to school so i cant have more lunches.

    There is NO right or wrong answer, it comes down to personal preference and what works for you. Some people prefer having a meal every 2 hours, while some prefer every 4 hours. At the end of the day it doesn't matter as long as you hit your macros.
    Pain is temporary, it may last for a minute, or an hour, or a day, or even a year. But eventually it will subside and something else will take its place.... If i quit however it will last forever.


    Anyone can give up, it's the easiest thing in the world to do. But to hold it together when everyone would understand if you fell apart, thats true strength.

    450 (6 eggs, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 cup of milk) / 400 (protein shake, 2 pieces of bread, 1 banana) / 100 (protein shake) / 760 (1 cup of oats, 1 greek yogurt, 5 oz of almonds) / 860 (1 cup greek yogurt, 4 tbsp peanut butter, 5 oz almonds) / the rest varies from night to night depending on the dinner I have
