Today wasn't bad but not good. I got all the target reps, just didn't feel overly strong or anything.
Knocked out a bit on the treadmill as well. It was a pretty pathetic cardio session. Did 4 cycles of 1 min @ 2mph, 1min @ 4mph and 2 min @ 6mph. My legs and low back were pretty much shot. I never do cardio on Fridays, but figured I needed to do it.

Overall Notes:
Good workout overall. Elbow started to try to get angry, but no real problem. Cardio was tough as hell, but I did it all. Sweating my ass off and was sucking wind.
No lie, someone else was beating off in the stall next to me while I took my pre-workout poop. I am starting to become concerned.
This guy wasn't as obvious as his actions didn't rattle/shake the stall or anything. But... YOU CAN SEE A F*CKING SHADOW under the stall wall. So I can see the shadow of his arm going to town. Then he did mess up and at some point during the middle of his "session" he must've stopped focusing and let out two moans/grunts. I chuckled.-

Overall Notes:
Decent session. Woke up alert and awake, but I had trouble falling asleep last night which cut into my overall sleep. I didn't feel weak this session, but I didn't feel strong either and didn't have a lot of internal drive. I was resting a lot. Nothing horrible, but it was more just a blah feeling as I sat there staring.
I got sidetracked a lot watching this trio of hispanic bros who are always in there. They were doing "squats" today. Not a single squat was done this day.-

Anyone have experience with BSN Hyper FX? I went and bought some at the store today. The stims in Cellucor C4 aren't doing much for me. Picked this up since it's main thing is as a stimulant supp (it does have some beta alanine in it, but not sure how much, since BSN never discloses how much of an individual ingredient it has in it).. But I figure if I take it and C4 before my workout I'll be good to go.

-The bros were still on their smiths. Did preachers again. The contraction was actually better in the 65lb set, until I got to set #2. After the 10th rep, my bis were screaming. 3rd set took some gritting to get through.
Overall Notes:
I didn't do any cardio. I was out of energy and drive by this point. I took the BSN Hyper Fx along with my usual dosing of C4 and felt great. Butttttt....... there is a snowstorm today and it took twice as long to get to the gym (60 minutes instead of 30 minutes) than usual. So I had a good workout with intensity, but by this point I just wanted to be done.
The roads are covered in snow and people are petrified. I drive easy, but because I'm such a bad ass, I turn the traction control off in my ol' 1 series Bimmer and slide around almost every turn for sh*ts and giggles. In the parking lot at my office i did some donuts before pulling into my spot.
Also, i can't explain my weight. I swear I'm cutting. I don't think I've eclipsed 2500 calories in any given day for quite awhile. If I have, I definitely haven't passed 3000 calories. Plus the extra cardio I do most of the time.
But whatever, I'll gladly take a recomp over a cut.-

I weigh myself on the electric scale in the gym locker room, post-shower wearing only the towel. The only difference in my weight would be due a difference in the towels themselves and that has shown to be a difference upwards of 0.6lbs and/or any fluids that are still in my system, although I do try to evacuate my bladder as much as possible before weighing myself.
