    decline dumbbell pullover

When I do them, the next day my chest feels a little sore but my longhead tricep portion gets sore like crazy. IMO best longhead builders, anyone feel this way?

My favorite lift, and can't do them on my current split because of overlap with back.
They hit my tris the same as you, a little in the chest, and a LOT in the upper back (rhomboid) area.

I used to use pullovers as a finishing movement on chest day. But, I kept the elbows fairly straight to avoid unnecessary tricep involvement.
Bodybuilding is 60% training and 50% diet. Yes that adds up to 110%, because that's what you should be giving it. Change the inside, and the physique will follow.
