Hey im 16 years old 137lb and I need help making a workout. I go to the gym mostly everyday or every other day, and I workout whatever muscle I feel needs work on.
Can someone please help me make a workout.

Agreed, plus you have to know what you're going for. For example, I'm doing a lot of close grip stuff at the moment because I want to develop my body in a certain way.
Get a goal in view, if you just want to be "big" fair nuff, but if you want to get in shape like guy A or guy B then the program will vary because there is no one road to anywhere."Is it really cocky if you know that it's true?" The Revolution Continues
