@Evo: that's what I thought, I remember you telling me about not wanting to use fat burners. I no longer use them. Besides, pre-workout and coke zero keeps my caffeine intake high already.

yes i use strap for 225lbs and 185lbs bc its hard to balance the barbell but it gets mad attention n no one in my gym attempt to try it but my 2 gym partners. i work my way up from 135lbs for 20-30 reps, then 185lbs for 10 reps. by the time i get to 225lbs i do 5-8 reps, all of this is at the end of my back workout where im nearly burnt. i will have a video of me doing this next week for sure, since then i never looked back at the 125lbs dumbbells for 1 arm db rolls, its just to dam light n easy like easy mac kraft 1 2 3

i sweat alot n my kidneys hurts when i do very heavy n high reps like benching 225lbs for 30-50 reps, like side cramps.
both my partners are 21 and they my height n size, they jucied up quit a few times for a youngins, they been trying to hang with me..

Craze- focus
Hyde - stims, concentrated, pump. the ingrediant profile is dope. HCL creatine, Agmatine, etc...
BRX - was a miss for me.

I totally have one and never use it for measuring food.. I always get confused on if I'm suppose to measure before or after it's cooked. I measure my cereal and things like that in a measuring cup though. I use it to weigh the packages of stuff I sell on ebay. LOL I'm terrible. I hope you're better about it than I am.

I left Vietnam with my dad in a boat full of refugees when I was about 7 1/2. Once we got to the Palawan camp, we either needed to get sponsorship to get to the US, or by default we were going to West Germany. We got sponsorship instead and left Palawan after six months to go to Manila and then to California

Still haven't tried Balut and I was born in the Philippines. FUK! And I'm not on ec stack at the moment. I tried it last year for about 6-8 weeks...the caffeine intake was way too fukin high. I was topping out at around 500-600mg per day. No thanks Jeff.
I do take 8mg of ephedrine and 100mg-200mg of caffeine pre workout though. The ephedrine is advertised as relief for nasal congestion so it's pretty boss for athletics cause it frees up your breathing nicely.

Just came back from squatting. Hit 255x10 today. Got 265x8 with a belt 2 weeks ago so hopefully in 2 more weeks I'm hitting 275 for at least 8 with a belt.
