Hey guys and girls I just bought a pre work out supplement it is N.O -xplode I find it to salty one scoop has 350mg of sodium . what is the best pre work out supplement out there all ? Thanks for your help

Just looked at the current lable on NOXplode, there's more shyt in there than ever. Problem is, it's only good for one tub. Way lotta sweetner. And that stupid shtick with the bicarbonate is annoying, however refreshing!! lolOriginally Posted by Sierragmc
You want basic? Allmax creatine mono, 1-2 caps caffine pre, and Xtend intra. best bang for the buck. If you gotta get pseudo pumped, then you'll need some of the pseudo pump products. They don't do anything for gains, just make you look a bit more jacked for a bit.Tony
