Im going for a clean bulk.
Current stats:
Height: 6ft 1
Weight: 161lb (11 st 5)
Bodyfat: unsure
Maintenance calories: 2400 (average)
Breakfast: porridge with semi-skimmed milk, ON Gold standard whey w/ SS-milk, banana
2nd meal: chicken breast, 125g rice (reggae sauce for flavouring)
3rd meal: chicken breast, 4 slices of brown bread
4th meal: chicken breast, 125g rice, 2 carrots, some onion
5th meal: steak/chicken/beef with jacket potatoe
6th meal: half can beans, 4 slices of brown bread, 2or3 eggs (scrambled)
Pre-workout: banana
Post-workout: banana, whey protein w/ water
Every other day: 2x5g creatine
Im also wanting to throw in serious mass (1 serving per day split in to 2 shakes)
I want to aim at around 20% calorie surplus. Is this clean enough? Im not good at eating fish etc, so as you can see I eat a lot of chicken.
Should I throw some peanuts in there?
Body fat is probably around 10% or so?

looks good to me only thing I'd suggest is to add more options so you can mix it up each day so the foods don't become boring and a task to eat, egg whites are always a good addition to bulk diets, you'll find loads more good bulking foods on other threads too such as peanut butter nuts red meats and salmon ect. GL
