- My weakest point in bodybuilding is keeping a good clean diet. It takes a lot of time and dedication to eat clean and to make sure you are getting proper nutrients that your body requires. It's also very simple to get off task and just "grab and go".
- I will dedicate more time to planning/cooking meals prior to the beginning of my deal. That way my whole day is planned out and I know what I'm going to eat and when I'm going to eat. I will also stay motivated by constantly reminding myself that this is a marathon and to keep my eyes on the prize!

My weak point in training.......I would say it has got to be keeping a strict diet with my job. I don't think there is a cure for the temptations but staying strong and saying no has worked up until now. I've never logged a product before but I'm interested in giving it a shot.

Tell me your weak point in training/bodybuilding and how you plan on improving.
My weakest point would probably be overtraining. I don't know when to stop. In other words, I have that mindset that the more sets and reps that I do the more muscle I will build despite all the literature behind this mentality. I mean, some people have different body types and react better to high volume training, but having tried that for a year now and not seeing much gains in strength, it is has been hard to adjust my thinking and go less sets and heavier weight, especially without a spotter. I just can't help the fact that I love being in the gym.
In regards to improving, I have made it a new year's resolution of mine or a goal to increase all of my lifts by at least 25%, which isn't much at all given my weight, but in order to do that, I would need a training partner which I have gotten starting this year. With the fact that there will be another person working out with me and guiding me along the way, pushing me to my max and keeping me accountable for not staying too long in the gym, I will work slowly towards achieving my goal.

My biggest weakpoint is probably my indecisiveness with in what way i want to progress. One week i will look at myself and feel like i need to add a lot of size and I just want to keep getting stronger in the gym, while other weeks i feel i look decent but i would look better if i started to shred down. My mind is always switching back and fourth between where i want to take things which can be detrimental, i don't want to get stuck in a middle grown in between these things as that will only lead to complacency and no progress.
I want to finally pick one goal and set out and keep on it until i finally just kill it, no more flip flopping between things. It's time to add some mass and get beast strong [ =

Awesome promo and well to BB PWR! Well my weak points im doing is transforming from military fitness to my fitness. Military puts you in shape but only makes you skinny. I was very skinny on deployments and never had a chance to be my actual weight that i felt comfortable with. I always had that in the back of my mind that everytime I had gains, id lose it a week later after being in training for a week! Now that im out the military as of 6 months ago I can focus on my eating habits, own plans of workouts and sleep! This would be an awesome step to reach that goal. Im also trying to bulk up for college football! Once again awesome promo and if i get picked id do a review forum for sure. God Bless

I can relate to the over-training...taxed the heck out of my CNS....paid the price too...More isn't always better...I've cut my volume in 1/2 since August and my body continues to respond...only better and faster now. It's definitely a mental challenge...45mins in the gym that involves lots of intensity is all that is needed IMO..much more than that then you're either talking too much, or camping out on the equipment.
Edit: Get a few more posts (gotta hit 50) for Gallagnm to consider you as an applicant good sir.

Sounds like those who suffer with this (me) after competing...you want to look shredded year round, but know it's just not healthy to do that...I'm a firm believer in keeping my abs year-round on/off season no matter what...Sure, you may put on a couple of extra pounds of fat in the off season, but if you're gaining LBM you'll look that much better come summer time
