Great promo matz! in b4 deadline
Please write 2-4 sentences describing what you look for in a pre-workout supplement? The answers with the most thought/detail will be selected.
[b]The first thing I look for is product that has ingredients proven to be beneficial to increase performance, ingredients that are backed up in the industry like citrulline and beta alanine, caffeine, creatine, d-aspartic acid, these are ingredients that give great results. I look for a pre workout that provides a sick pump, that feeling of your veins feeling like they are going to xplode, hnghh. I look for something that gets me in the zone, where I feel unstoppable, like I can lift weight I have never lifted before or do more reps then I've ever done. I look for a pre-workout to give me that extra edge, the icing on the cake, to my training.
Also, it's been asked time and time again and never gets old: What gets you hype before training?? Song, Video, etc.. Post it!
Never gets old.

Oh what the heck, It's been a longgggg time since I've tried N.O Xplode 2.0 (I'm pretty sure I tried the new one? I don't recall exactly), and Hyper FX was great. I'd love to try some of the more exotic flavors. I'll go for it before the deadline.

I generally look for something that isn't insane on the stimulants (300+ caffeine per serving). Some of those kinds of pre's are nice to half dose, but sometimes cutting servings in half results in less than efficacious doses of some of the other ingredients. That being said, the next thing I look for is something that sits well in my stomach. I've posted my short experience with N.O Xplode before (via sample of either v1 or v2, not sure), but maybe a few more trys will be different. Aside from that, if it gets my in the mood for the gym, then I'm all for it .

I look for a pre-workout that provides clean energy with no crash, focus, and endurance. I need the energy to help me wake up when I workout in the mornings or when I am tired after a long day at university. I prefer around 200mg of caffeine in my pre-workouts for energy. It's important that I don't crash later in the day so that I can study well at night. I like to see some form of l-citrulline in the pre-workout for endurance. I take beta-alanine on a daily basis so I don't find it necessary to be included in my pre-workout.

My family has a history of heart disease. What gives me motivation before training is thinking about how it will help me keep my body healthy and in good shape. I want to be around when my future kids have kids of their own and to stay in good health.
Thanks for the opportunity.

What I look for in a preworkout?
What I look in for a pre-workout is definitely in the profile and it's effectiveness. My tolerance varies on certain brands from what I experienced so consistent effectiveness is a plus. Main ingredients that I look for other than caffeine are Citrilline,Beta Analine,Taurine,GMS and Creatine. I don't need to feel cracked out, but I do like the extra kick, mental focus and rewarding pumps on those intense workouts. Anything extra and unique is always a plus. I've tried HyperFX and liked how it had DAA for that extra umph. I like pre-workouts that are pretty much multi-function so I don't have to add an additional supplement and overcrowd my kitchen with supplements.
What music gets me amped before a workout?
I listen to a lot of mixes as I get ready to drive to the gym or workout at home. I listen to FitRadio.com and they have some really good rock/hip hop mix stations.

i know i know im late, and i think i dont even have enough points to even be able to apply for the pormo, but if for some reason you let me in here are my answers.
WHAT I LOOK FOR IN A PRE-WORKOUT: i loook for energy, more pumps, that felling of being invincible and not getting tired even after 2 hours in the gym, i love the felling of running for 30 min super fast and still have some fight left in me for more.
WHAT GETS ME PUMPED BEFORE A WORKOUT? WELL I WOULD SAY VIOLENT MUSIC LIKE METAL OR HARD ROCK, THAT OR DUBSTEP
I hope i still have a chance and if i win i would wright i review for sure. by the way good luck to all

Training experience (as much detail as possible.. TELL US ABOUT YOURSELF ! ! WHY should we choose you ! !):
I have been training for about 1.5 to 2 years now. Over that time period I have learned so much about weight lifting, nutrition and supplements. I've been through my ups and downs in lifting to know what works for me and my body the best. I also have tried my hand at plenty of supplements know and a decent amount about them. Nutrition is something I knew nothing about until I became active in a fitness based lifestyle. I've learned that no amount of supplement nor lifting can overcome the benefits of a near perfect nutrition can offer.
