Started the day off with some protein oatmeal. I like it with the BB 100% Whey Power much better than with the ON; not sure if its the taste or the amount, but it worked out better. Protein oatmeal is probably the best breakfast I've found outside of protein pancakes; its filling and get you to those macros.
Anyway, today is core lifting, and since i can't lift after school - I'll have to get it all done during lifting class. I plan on benching and squatting , and then throwing in anything else i have time for. If all else fails, i'll come home and lift after work. Will be back to edit my workout later.
Well, i got more core lift done during school and ended up still coming in for more after work .

Thought this was worth mentioning..
Today in my psych class we started a new unit. The unit is "motivation" and after we started taking notes, i realized the benefits of this unit, lol.
First page defines BMR, and then the rest goes on with different chemicals that help with fat loss and such. I know the broscience, but it's nice to learn the science behind it, as well as the psychology aspects.
On another note, i just hit the halfway point on my AI Sports RK log

Today i did two workouts, both were a mix of cardio and abs. I'm thinking i'll just count this as a rest day as well, but i'll figure it out tomorrow.
For the first workout i did a mile run on the treadmill and a half mile jog around the gym; and then did some basic ab exercises, like sit ups, leg lifts, and planks.
For the second workout i did a half mile jog around my school (two sets of stairs each time around); a little biking; and two sets of the same ab workout.

Started off the day today with a protein shake and some protein oatmeal. Then went to the store and bought a protein bar; which i ate for lunch. I'm not a huge fan of protein bars in general, especially generic brand ones; but i figured it would be useful to try a couple different brands before i get my iSatori Eat Smart bars, so i can give a better review.
Took some No Bull for PWO, then went out to get the mail and to my surprise found that i had a sample of Apple Pie Craze waiting for me! Now im wishing i would have checked the mail first . But, ill be sure to try it out next workout.
Today i plan on doing an all around upper body workout, and then possibly taking tomorrow off as a rest day. It's hard to plan my workouts, since i have to take into account what my lifting class is doing. Every Mon. and Thurs. we do core lifts, so i have to make sure not to put a damper on my benching and squatting the day before.
Will be back later to throw up a picture of the Craze and update my workout.

Current Stash + what i used in the past 2 months
Got bored and decided to take some pictures. I always see people posting pictures of there stash, so i decided to do the same. Here's a couple pictures of what I've been going off of for the past couple months. It's not everything i have, but it's almost everything. I took pictures of the empty sample packets that i haven't thrown out as well, since much of what I've been using has been those.
