Great overall session RB. I like switching up gyms and scenery - theres this one gym I was thinking bout going to cuz it has a hot tub and that thing relaxes me like none-other. Is the pass to a big-name gym?My log

thanks. the 140 was rather heavy. i think it might have been 145. i dont keep track of what that EZ bar weighs
i lift at a big name gym and this is to a small one. but theres more serious lifting equipment so im gonna wreck everything

i hit arms once a month broseph
although there will be new equipment in this one so ill probably do arms again in a week or so
