This is my starting point. (I only have this one picture) My stats here were 6ft 1 175 lbs. This was taken the day I started on June 1st, 2010, 18 years of age.
At the age of 19 I decided I wanted to do a show before I was unable to compete in the teens. These pictures were taken on March 23rd, 2012. Obviously the day of my show hahaStats here are 6 ft 1 195 lbs. 19 years of age here.

Biggest advice I can give you is use harris benedict equation to find out how many calories you need to maintain, then bulk at 300-400 calorie surplus.Originally Posted by Arman6
