This is done with the V style handle, correct? Granted this is on a generic cable fly station but yeah. The ones where 99% of people use it for tricep rope extensions. I'm assuming chest supported machine rows are similar though and there's no way I could max out the machine on that one

I agree, not surprisingly lol.
I had seated cable rows(primary) and weighted pullups as my only back exercises for months(deadlifted as well ofcourse on lower days) and made excellent progress. How exactly would a barbell row be superior to a seated cable row?
