my chest got bigger from changes in my workout. i been staying away from the casino n eating n sleeping a lil more, diff gym, more motivation to compete against the bigger guys in my gym and powerlifter, i guess i stilll hold currently one of the higest numbers during my workout hours so far. i was able to start one apple juice of my left over n nothing has come in yet so im still cold turkey tilll it comes in ill morphine to a true powerful beast.
triceps and pec delt area been feeling better so ill have a video coming up of me benching 315lbs for 20 reps and working on 405lbs for 10 reps, hard to do both in one night, ill burn up to quick and get fatigue lacid acid build up fastFictional character
