Nicely put. I dont remember off the top of my head by I know there a product out there with directions like that. Theres the recommended dosage. And then "for hardcore effects" Or something along those lines.
But would it still be a cost effective product if most, if not all, of the users are at three scoops?
The more I think about it though, it doesnt seem like a bad idea to leave it how it is. Look at how versatile Origin. You can take it alone and get great effects, or add in your preferred bulk powders for super effects. I think leaving the dosages alone makes it one of the few products that you can truly manipulate and add in your own touch of ingredients to really dial it in to you your personal needs/preference. Also depending on the workout. I personally dont use Hemavol or other agmatine/citrulline products on arm days. And only a little on leg days. I feel that the pump can hinder those workouts. Being about to control the pump-energy ratio is a solid feature imo.

At the price point of Origin, it is still a great value at 3 scoops...especially the flexibility of the energy, the slow, mellow onset, and the long-lasting endurance coupled with the long-lasting energy. I agree it really is versatile...makes an unbelievable stack with Protocol (which is also extremely customizable...I go 2 servings pre-chest day, only 1 pre-legs, don't want too much of a pump!), and even moreso with CreIGNITE when it is released. The ability of our line to not only deliver immediate results, but get better with time and provide surpassing health benefits beyond simply great workouts, really sets it apart. Glad you are liking it brother!

You really cant beat the prices when you look at the quality of what you're getting. Sure theres other supplements that might be a bit cheaper, but I know Id rather spend the extra buck or two and get something of high quality that i KNOW has worked in the past and will work now. And it seems that when Genomyx reformulates their products (SlinSane), it only gets better. Thats why I was honored to be logging for such a respectable company. Genomyx really has their values in check, it seems.

Thanks man we really appreciate comments like that. As athletes we wouldn't want to release anything we wouldn't want to take ourselves. We prove that by releasing non-prop blends, when you dose everything effectively cost goes up a lot. When formulating Origin we wanted every ingredient to have its own special impact on your workout without overlapping each other too significantly so you get the most bang for you buck with each.

Thats what Im talking about right there. Theres few companies that I would be proud to say Im part of and these guys (and girls) are lucky to able to say their with Genomyx.
*I am in no way taking any credibility away from other well deserving companies. There are some really great people backing some truly awesome products and Ive been lucky enough to talk to many of them and learn a lot from them. Its always nice to see reps/employees who dont think about the $$ first and genuinely want to help people live up to their full potential.Last edited by eric40817; 01-02-2013 at 05:46 PM.

Whoa whoa whoa you did 30mins on the stepmill!?!? Who the hell was next to you to motivate you like that lol.
And I think what that birdie might of said is he was supposed to work his regular hours : )
Great log tho, always a fan of Genomyx.
Actually thinking of snagging a tub of Origin myself to try out. Seen some sales that are hard to pass up.

That's not what's important lol. I sweat and so did she hahaha. Srsly though, that was my first stepmill experience. Definitely a great workout.
You definitely should get some Origin dude. I know you're preference of pres is pretty much the same as mine and I really think you'll be very pleased with its effects.Scivation/PrimaForce Representative

Hey, whatever it takes to get my as$ on the cardio machines... Im very thankful to not need too much cardio to stay lean. But lean or not, theres a lot of high BP and cholesterol that runs in my family so the cardio is still very valuable to me. Getting me to do it though is another story.

2 scoops Origin, 1 scoop Hemovol. Chest/Bis tonight.
This is the first free few minutes I have a tonight, very busy, tiring day. Origin got it done!! Got my last meal in about 40 minutes ago. Heading to bed now for some much needed anabolic sleep. Hopefully in the morning, I get up when my alarm goes off instead of when Im supposed to be getting on the highway to go to work... Got anything to help with that, Genomyx??Scivation/PrimaForce Representative

Nice lol. Thats the spirit!
Going to post up my update from last night when I get home from work. Tonight Ive got back/tris scheduled. Really looking forward to getting in there and tearin it up! Ive had zero negative feelings thus far with my blood pressure. Even though Im pretty stim tolerant, they seem to (sometimes) get my heart racing more than the energy. This is the opposite with Origin. Tons of energy/stamina/focus, no racing hear or jitters or crashing.Scivation/PrimaForce Representative

Last night - chest/bis.
Havent seen my dad in a little while and since he didnt have to work last night I took the chance to go visit with him at my parents house. I have a home gym that we put together there so I was still about to get a solid workout in. Last night I was lifting the same weights I was struggling with last time, with much more ease, and for extra reps.
Incline BB Bench
135x15
155x15
185x12
185x12
205x10
205x8; dropset 185x5
Flat DB Press
65x12
75x12
85x10
85x10
85x10 chest is feeling much better so Im starting to go a bit deeper and try to stretch the muscle a little more.
DB Flys (I know, Mike. But my chest workouts are limited in a home gym, when Im so used to the HS machines.)
40 for 4 sets.
Seated Alt DB Curls
40x12
40x12
45x9
45x10
Superset Hammer Curls & Reverse grip Bicep Bar Curls (weight doesnt include the bar because I dont remember what my bar weights)
60x12 50 (Two .25s)x15
60x11 50x12
65x9 70x9
Reg. Grip Bicep Bar Curls
70x10 (5 wider grip, 5 narrow grip)
70x10
70x10
Biggest pump Ive had in a long time. New arm veins were making appearances, those freaky little ones that zigzag up your arms lol. Drank a lot of water yesterday, 2 scoops of Origin (together, not split up this time) and 1 heaping scoop of Hemovol. I think my next shoulder or chest day Im going to include some Protocol just for the fun of it and see what it can do lol. Got some of the new Protocol in the mail right now. I was also able to squeeze out extra reps last night. Where I thought I had maybe one left, I ended up getting 2. A big big plus in the pwo department. I havent changed my diet or training, the only thing different is that Ive incorporated Origin in to my supplementation. One good thing about a diet, you know what you eat day to day and you know if it changes at all, rather than just eating whatever, whenever and losing track one what you're taking in.
I would like to comment on one thing though... I have yet to put Origin in a shaker. Ive been going two scoops in a glass of water and mixing with a spoon. Its mixability is comparable to few. Im just about finished with my glass of Origin right now and theres nothing left on the bottom.
Also... If anyone has Origin + Lemon Drop Hemovol + Raspberry RecoverPro.... 2 scoops Origin, 1 scoop hemovol, ~2/3-1scoop of RecoverPro... AMAZINGGG!!!! I dont know why I didnt think of this before but Im doing it tomorrow too haha. Its blowing my mind how versatile Origin is. Ive mixed it with water, juice, other supplements and every time its not even close to the flavor of Origin by itself. Just a little idea for those who might get sick of the flavor after a while. Might be good to know until theres a new flavor out!
Gym closes in an hour! Looks like its gonna be a HIT Back night Yeaaa Buddy!Scivation/PrimaForce Representative

Yea no kidding, def gonna grab a bottle. Im loyal to my company, but always willing to try others esp for respectable companies.
This past summer I was doing 40-45 minutes daily on the stepmill. Used to be a kid on prep at my gym doing 2 full hours on them, 1 hr for 2 sessions daily!
I can swim like 10 ft then im gassed out.
Don't listen to PLers they just move heavy things, we like to look pretty : )

Jeff I remember bangin out a full session in the gym together and then youd get on the stepmill for 45. And that was a leg session. I would leave lol.
And whats better than looking pretty? Looking pretty while moving heavy things. Errbody wanna be a bodybuildah. But dont nobody wanna lift no heavy ass weight! I do it though!
Dude it was an epic pre! Id go so far as to mail you the supplies to mix up said cocktail (srs). I feel that its that important you experience this. And thanks man... now that I see how Origin can help you bust out those 1 or 2 extra reps that would have otherwise been failed attempts (like all pwos claim to do but many come up short), Ill probably be logging my sessions here as well. Or at the least put up the best lifts of the day.
I made today my off day to spend some time with the lady as we work opposite shift most days, and shes finally kicked this killer cold going around. Got some low intensity cardio done walking around at the Wrentham Outlets though. Always a good idea to take your girl shopping to waste her xmas money (I wasted mine too). Tomorrow morning we're going in and Im hitting legs. Probably first thing AM so I might be trying Origin's effects on an empty stomach. Lol the irony was that when I could swim for hours I couldn't run for more than a few minutes without being completely exhausted. I'm assuming I suck at both now since I only lift
To quote Mike this **** hits like Ray Lewis when it's taken on an fasted gut. I typically only train fasted myself but for those who typically train on a full gut will likely be surprised by the acute effects when it's taken on emptyNSCA CSCS

Hit legs today. Didnt make it in as early as I had hoped so I had to push training back to the afternoon. Needless to say, I didnt take Origin on an empty stomach. I DID try the 3 scoops though and I did end up doing walking lunges (which I typically say "hell no" to). I dont want to jump to quick conclusions yet and say I didnt like it at 3 scoops though, but no so good. I dont know if it was the Origin but I got weird effects from it today. I had energy and motivation to train, but yet I still found myself sitting around and actually had a shortness of breath for most of my workout. I actually felt a little winded at times. It was a very weird effect that Ive only felt before when Im totally stimmed out. Im going to try it out again tomorrow when I hit shoulders/arms and see how things feel then. Perhaps Im a "cheap drunk"! Not a bad thing I suppose. Im just really surprised to have effects like that considering Im always very stim tolerant. Before Origin though, it was about a month since taking a pre.
Nothing spectacular to note about todays workout. HS Leg presses were being hogged by dudes where earrings and cologne to the gym... So i tried out the cybex leg press. Not sure how anyone uses that thing. Its not my gusta. Did some leg curls/extensions and included work with my elitefts mini bands for some nice muscle contractions. Those bands, btw, are an amazing investment. Really allows you to work not only on a particular lift, but helps you work out particular points of the lifts (top half, bottom half).
Got Sara to try out the Origin today too. Started her at a heaping scoop. First time using a pwo for her, I think shes a fan of it!!Scivation/PrimaForce Representative

Rocked this tonight!
Hit shoulders tonight. EPIIIC!! 2.5 scoops Origin. Just to break the 2 scoop barrier but ease in to the larger stim dose. It was a hyper day and I was supposed to be doing shoulders/arms. It turned in to a slaughter session for just shoulders.
The fatigue was nicely taken care of. My recovery time in between sets was surprisingly fast, even at the end of the workouts. Movements that had 3 sets scheduled, I did 4 or 5. 4 scheduled sets I did 5 or 6. Pump was intense, vascularity was noticeably more. Focus was the best it has been thus far! Honestly, today was everything I had hoped Origin would be. It turned the volume way up today.
Workout was as follows
(warmup sets not listed - 2-3 warmups for all lifts)
Seated Military press
2 sets @ 175x 12/12
2 sets @ 185x 11/9
1 set @ 195x 7
dropset 175x 8
Cybex Lat Raise Machine
70x15
70x15
90x14
90x13
90x13/80x11/70x9
Superset Front Cable Raise w/ Rear Delt 1-arm flies
3 supersets: front raise @ 90, rear delt @ 50
3 tri sets FR @ 90, RD 50, Rear pec dec 60
Standing 1-arm Dumbbell shoulder press -- Mike, these are those killer som' b!tches we did at EC
50x8
40x9
40x9
40x10
Seated DB Lat Raise
30x12
30x12
Standing DB LR
30x17
30x18
DB Shrugs
90x14
100x12
100x12
110x10
115x9
.....I could have kept going, and wanted to, but I was getting hungry
Feeling pretty battered now, Gonna rest up and eat eat eat tomorrow! Gotta get arms done tomorrow.
Until next time.

Update: No update for today. Worked late, didnt make it to the gym tonight. Gonna take the night to rest a bit. Was feeling a little something coming on - congestion and whatnot. Got a shipment in today with a bottle of Gut Health in it. Gonna mega dose that for a couple days and try to fend off any oncoming illnesses. Back at tomorrow with an upper power day.
