Fairly decent article on Hamstring and Glute Activation in using a GHR different ways and a Russian/Inverse/Natural/Poorman's Curl. Conclusion that I got out of it is that you should do a variety of exercises while training... Genius. But it's the EMG data I found the most interesting and shows the GHR is superior to the natural inverse curl that many have posted about already.
Don't think it's been posted yet as it's fairly recent.

Using EMG data on one person is not something to make any conclusion from. His first source, which I'm not going to find the full text for, seems to be comparing magnitude of EMG activation between different people which is also not valid because different people might just have different skin thicknesses or hydration levels.
Measuring force of contraction with EMG is never useful between people or applications, but if he repeated his design with a bunch more people it could be meaningful.771/645/622 Single Ply
