Hey everyone,
First off a big happy new year to you all. . . .
My wife has recently been diagnosed with both Insulin Resistance and PCOS, to begin her treatment of PCOS she is required to lose 10% of her weight by the time we have our next appointment which is at the end of February.
I'm trying to put together a menu for her (and myself) to follow to help her shed the weight, however I'm starting to hit stumbling blocks and have some doubt in my mind, I was thinking of a complete low carb diet as I realise her body has a hard time dealing with carbs however is this approach too extreme and would something along the lines of low GI be enough??
Thanks in advance.
