I've concluded taking nEuphoria in the evening doesnt help my quality of sleep, the elevating/mind stimulating interrupts my sleep patterns with vivid dreams.
1/2 way through the bottle I would treat it like Caffeine, e.g. try not to take a full dose after 4/5 PM if sleeping at 10/11 PM.

I like taking it post workout: what a rush! Meditating: puts me in a profoundly deep state. Or when feeling stressed/frustrated. Also excellent before going to see a Movie, puts me in a focused yet relaxed state.

I've ordered some Psychotropin and 200mg NOW L-Theanine and will be experimenting with these in terms of concentration, mood and rest/recovery.

Green Mag Final Review

Taste: Everyone knows that Green Mag is famous for it flavor. I guarantee Electric Lemonade does not disappointed. Having used both flavors, I can honestly say I give the slight edge to EL over the Sour Apple flavor (I do prefer lemonade over apple flavor in general though). I have gone through the entire tub and haven't once become bored by the flavor. Also, Green Mag slushies have become one of my favorite morning treats. Crush up 6 ice cubes into a glass. In a separate glass, mix a serving of Green Mag with about 2.5 ounces of water and then pour over the crushed ice. It makes for an excellent little treat. All around Green Mag is the best tasting supplement I have used.

Mixability: Mixability was pretty solid and nothing to complain about. The only thing that I noticed is that I always found white particles in the bottom of my glass after taking my serving. I would just pour a little more water in the glass, swirl it around, and gulp down what was left. You might notice that I gave a higher rating on my initial impressions, but that was because I forgot to shake my tub before taking my first serving (something I always recommend with powdered mixes). Obviously, some settling had occurred and I didn't get all of whatever these white specks are (either taurine or tyrosine). As I said, it isn't a big deal at all and is solved by a little swirl at the end.

Ingredients/Value: When you consider the price, the profile is very solid. I found that I respond very well to the combination of Dicreatine Malate and Magnesium Creatine Chelate, so for me, that blend is awesome. Each serving contains a solid 5 grams of creatine and also added Tyrosine and Taurine. When you factor in the price point for what you get, you can't be disappointed.

Effectiveness: I have loved my time with Green Mag. Strength has been up and my focus was on point on nearly every trip to the gym. You must factor in that I have been bulking for the duration of this log, which has definitely factored into some of my great workouts, but I feel Green Mag did exactly what I wanted it to, supplemented my already solid nutrition and training routine, and helped provide an extra boost. I will list some of my most impressive strength increases below.

The combination of excellent taste, competitive price point, solid formulation, and the fact that I responded very well to it make it a top notch creatine choice for me. Being a college student, an affordable product that provides results is a very important factor when evaluating a product. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for a great product on a budget or even someone just looking for a solid creatine product.

Once I figured out that I needed a lot of whole food and tons of water immediately while taking it, I finally got to enjoy the benefits of this product. I was taking 4 scoops for the last 4 weeks or so of the program. This stuff does exactly what it says it should. My muscles were fuller throughout the day, vascularity increased, and the pumps were intense to the point that they were almost painful. It seemed that the effects of this product increased as time went on. I loved my workouts even more once this stuff kicked in, and you can't beat the price per serving.

BOTTOM LINE, I WILL USE THIS PRODUCT AGAIN.

Tastes awful, but awesome energy booster! Within 5-10 minutes it made me very aggressive, I felt fired up and couldn't wait to hit the gym. The super high energy level would taper off after about 30 minutes or so(That's when the Purple Wraath would take over). Muscle volume and pumps were greater than working out without it. I thought they were great until I started using the GlycerGrow and found out how they could get better. My focus and determination in the gym was better too. I would always want to do more even when my body said to stop. Unfortunately this made me leave the gym overworked a few times to the point I was sick, but who cares, I got bigger.

This product blows away No-xplode!

So after reading, and reading, and reading and.....

I decided on getting Controlled Labs' Green Magnitude instead of ordering another tub of SizeOn( i say tub as in tub of lard, others say tube, whatever lol its not a spelling error, so dont send me a PM telling me I spelled "tube" wrong, who does that anyway!!) *end rant.

First serving was one scoop in 10oz of water. The first thing I noticed was the tinny little scoop which was about a 1/3 of the size of whats provided with a single SizeOn serving. Which is good for me, Id rather have a small amount of somthing that packs a serious punch rather than a huge serving to get that serious punch. I purchased a tub of the Electric Lemonade flavor and Im going to have to say that SizeOn Arctic Lemon Ice tastes better. But the Apple flavor GM tastes better than SizeOn. If taste was an issue, I wouldnt be taking any supplements, so taste is not the biggest factor. It mixes ok. Lots of material at the bottom, it doesnt bother me so its no big deal.

The next day I bumped up the water supply to 1 scoop in 20oz water. I prefer the stronger taste of 1 scoop in 10oz personally. So far so good. With SizeOn I had some serious gas, GM gives me none. So far the product makes me happy. To early to speak of gains in the gym and mass.

I take it pre-workout about 30minutes or so prior to leaving the house. I am taking GM and only GM. No pre-workout NO/stim product, and my workouts seem to be more complete now that Ive been off SP250 for the past 2 weeks or so. Anyone want a half tub SP250? lol

Well its been well over 30 days... Yeah at first Green Mag did not give me any gas. But about a week into it, I got more than just some mild gas... it gave me an uneasy stomach and obviously then came the ****s.. but I dont mind ****ting so whatever. I was not the biggest fan of the electric lemonade flavor as stated above. It never really grew on me, so I decided to go back to using SizeOn.
I added White Flood to the mix and that made my ****s more intense... so I had to call it quits on the green mag. At first I figured it may have been the WF but found out it was the GM. WF + SizeOn is by far one of the best stacks I have tried. Just one mans opinion. GreenMag just didnt do it for me at all.

Tastes awful, and doesn't fully disolve, but does what I needed it to. Like the GlycerGrow, this product became more effective as time went on. I was taking BodyOctane at the beginning of this program, which gave me similar results but at a much higher price. BodyOctane was a dream to drink, but that seemed to be the only advantage. PurpleWraath definitely gave me extended energy, greater endurance, and my recovery time between sets decreased significantly.

What can I say, we all know what creaine does and why we take it. I feel that for the price this is a great way to go. The sour apple flavor isn't very good, but I really liked the electric lemonade flavor. Can I attest to the benefits? Again, I finally got bigger. I've always been in a slump of getting a little bit stronger all the time, but never really seeing big gains in strength or size. So the simple fact that I put some muscle on is enough for me.

Ok, I have used white flood for a while now. Here is what I did and my reaction to it. By the way I work out at 4am everyday.

1 scoop WF - I feel good.
2 scoop WF - Plenty of energy.
2 scoop WF + 200mg Caffeine - A little too much energy.
2 scoop WF + 200mg Caffeine + E - YEEEE HAAAAA.. TOO MUCH ENERGY!

1 scoop WF + 1 scoop Ready4War - Plenty of energy.
2 scoop WF + 2 scoop Ready4war - YEEEE HAAAAA.. TOO MUCH ENERGY!
2 scoop WF + 2 scoop Ready4war + E - Made me sick and very very hungry for the whole day

1 scoop WF + 20g WMS - I feel good.
2 scoop WF + 20g WMS - More than plenty of energy
2 scoop WF + 20g WMS + 20g BCAA + 5g CM - Energy and focus for many hours.

There are other combinations with similar results listed above but the best so far IMHO is - 2 scoop WF + 20g WMS + 20g BCAA + 5g CM for long workouts. I take this 15 minutes before WO and I can feel it kick in by the time I get to the gym.

Needless to say I feel that WF does job it's intended to do.

L-theanine is quite simply incredible, just what I have been looking for! 200mg of the NOW double strength L-Theanine really puts me in a deep Alpha state... My breathing changes, my mind clears, my muscles relax and I get a feel of wellbeing. Not the same as nEuphoria which literally lifts me with a buzz when I am exhausted after a long days work. I had an excellent night's sleep with L-theanine yesterday.... apprently this is water soluble and in Japan they use it as substitute for Caffeine in softdrinks.

I'm excited this may just be the recovery/focus/relaxation fix I've been searching for!

I've reviewed my use of Purple Wraath before, I mention it in every one of my threads, I give it props any time a topic about it comes up, but I just can't stop myself from making this topic.

I've only used probably 25% of my tub of it, but I can't help but think it's one of my two favorite supplements ever, the other being RPM. What's weird is the more I'm on it, the more I crave it. Sometimes I find myself just sitting around after a hard days work (which has been every day for the past two weeks since I started working out again after my injury) wanting to mix some up with some gatorade and sip on it. I love the taste, the way it mixing with my gatorade, but no completely and I still get some little pieces. Everything about it.

Before my injury if I had worked out this intensely one time I would have taken a few days off to recover, but now every workout is the hardest, most intense workout of my life, and by that evening I'm usually ready to go again.

I think I'm going to try Core ABC (I think that's what it's called) after my tub of PW runs out, just because it seems to be the leading competing supplement, but it would have to be pretty amazing to get me to stop using such an amazing product.

Really, for those out there who haven't tried it, request the sample, and I really think you'll have an amazing workout the day you use it.

Today is the 3rd day i've taken WF. The first 2 days, i honestly didn't feel jack shat. For some reason, today was the day i felt it working

About 15 minutes after consuming i started to notice some tingling, and a boost in energy. 30 minutes after consuming i thought i was going to tear the damn walls of the gym down. TO ME, it had a bigger kick than Superpump and NOxplode. However, it didnt last as long as i wanted it to. Maybe i'll feel stronger effects as time goes on.

The pump was nice. Nothing too extreme.

It tastes horrible. (mixed in 20oz water)I'm not gonna lie. Superpump and xplode have it beat here.

Dissolved wonderfully. No clumping like superpump.

ALSO, it was nice not having to rush into the restroom 10 minutes after drinking it.


.....That's all for now, i'll post some more probably half way through the tub. Overall i'd give it an A.

WOW!! hows that for a start? today was my first day on my white flood cycle. I was completly impressed. The product mixes very well and tastes great. now it did not give me much of a strength boost but it did improve concentration. Endurance holy sh*t i did not wanna leave i would get up from a lift and be tired but a min later sit down and just pump out reps! also the pump was insane I do not usually get much for a pump on chest day but today i was walking around swull as hell. Great product!! you guys at controlled labs hit it right on the head with this one, thanks alot for another incredible product. i only have one question.... am I going to see better results if i slam it right before i lift or if take it throughout my workout. i have class until about 10 min before i lift so i have the choice of taking it right down before i lift or like i said drinking it throughout. thanks again guys!!

I love it, my lifts have skyrocketed and ive been hitting the weights alot harder this past week and i broke threw a plateau that ive been stuck at for the past 3 weeks. So overall i say its worth it to pick up this product i have recommeded it to a few friends who have tried NO-Xplode, Superpump 250, and NaVapor and they say by far this product kills em all and i would have to say i agree also.

I also have 2 more friends that will be posting there logs of white flood in the next week i got them hooked lol

Well i have been on these products for about three weeks, and wow i love them. The white flood is great, the preworkout energy and pump i get is insane all i want to do before iget to the weights is just flex and air lift, then i hit them with great intensity, completely focused on one thing and one thing only lifting heavier than last week, to get big. And im puttin on the weight. its great. Now the Green Mag is great also I have had huge strength and muscle increases, also ive been eating like crazy too. For the price of these products and effectiveness it cant be beat i mean compare it to everything else you cant be the price. so heres the ratings

Effectiveness: 9/10 (keep in mind 10 out of 10 is almost impossible)
Taste: 9/10 If you like lemonade youll like white flood and the green is great.


What are you waiting for get this stuff. But keep in mind there isnt any supplements out there that just make you big. Just eat.

Since mine was never posted I've taken the liberty of posting it myself....

SO it'l about time for my final thoughts/review on this product...... without any further ado.........

Controlled Labs has a real winner here. During a time when companies are mass producing "all-in-ones" that never really deliver it is nice and refreshing to see a company put out a simple product that just performs as it should.

Mixability: 9/10

Electric Lemonade Green MAGnitude (IMO) is one of the best creatine products (if not THE BEST) that I have ever tried. GM is easily mixable in a shaker cup with water, a couple times I did experience some powder settling at the bottom of the bottle but it was very easily rememdied by adding a little more water which wiped out the issue completely, I was even able to completely dissolve GM in a small glass w/ water and just mixing it with a spoon, which is usually pretty rare. The product is possibly the best tasting supplement I have ever tasted. It' a refreshing product that would be hard to get tired of, I was actually looking forward to my GM each day, even on my off days. I believe that EL GM even tastes better than the original Apple flavor. As for performance, I took GM mostly pre-workout, I found that on days that I took it post, or didn't take it at all I was feeling sluggish and a little dehydrated (possibly due to high heat). However, when taking GM pre-workout I always had the energy to do my sets and was able to maintain hydration levels (no change in water consumption, and there were many days that the heat and humidity were just as high.) Whether or not this was just "placebo effect" or not is a non-issue because I "felt" (subjective) better when taking the product than when I didn't take the product, as for numbers I was able to maintain or improve my strength levels in all my lifts even while dropping close to 15 pounds. This was one of the most important issues when taking this creatine, to be able to lift just as hard and heavy while still losing weight. I have always seen a directly correlation between my weight and my lifts, when one goes up so does the other and vice versa, so when I can reverse this relationship, ie. weight loss = strength increase, it makes the product responsible for the change valuable to me (IMO). Improved recovery was also noted during this log, there was less soreness and less random cramping (I am assuming this is a result of the improved hydration), for example, previous to taking GM it would take me 3-4 days to recover from legs, while on GM it would only take 2-3 days. 1 day may not sound like that much but it makes a big difference, especially if you are doing legs twice a week. Finally, the price per serving for Green MAGnitude is outstanding, it's rare to see a product priced that low for that many servings, just another top notch aspect of this product.

In closing I just want to reiterate that (IMHO) this product is outstanding!!! I will definitely be purchasing this product again, and that is the true sign of the quality of the supplement, if you get repeat consumers. A big thank you goes out to Controlled Labs and to Pu12en12g for allowing us to test and log this new flavor. We hope to be able to work with you again in the future. As well thanks to all those who stopped by during this log as you are what makes a log what it is, it was greatly appreciated!

Green Mag: I still have a ton of this left in the bottle as theirs 80 servings. Overall I LOVE this creatine and will continue to use this in the future. Great energy and power output from it. Really helped keep me going strong. Flavor is second to non as well.

GlycerGrow: I love the combination of this with the GM. I feel like it helped with the absorption of the creatine and also helped keep me hydrated in the gym. As the weeks went by I also have been noticing more hardness and vascularity in the gym as well.

Blue-up: I like the kick this gives me when I take it. The caffeine and trib together really gets me off my feet and ready to go. I feel this had a slight impact on my libido over nolva alone which I am happy about. For the price this is going for its a no-brainer to add it to PCT. Next time I may try the stim-free so I can take it pre-bed.

If you?re looking for a new preworkout supplement to help you push through a slump or just keep your game up, look no further. I?ve tried many other preworkout supps and I was an avid fan of BSN NO-Xplode and Nitrix. However, after just a couple of days of white flood, in my opinion it is by far one of the best supps I?ve used to increase endurance/excitement in lifting?.yes, excitement. Over the last week, I?ve been able to hammer home a couple of more reps with higher weights on a majority of my lifts. I?ve also been able to run further and faster (perhaps psycho****tic). What ever it is, I sure hope it doesn?t wear off like Xplode did.

Taste: 7/10 ? I?m using Lemonade and it?s tolerable.

Mixing: 10/10 ? No problems with a spoon.

Side Effects (stomach/rapid heart beat, etc): 10/10 ? None to report.

Focus: 10/10 ? Man, I get excited to lift?Might be the music (Rage Against the Machine)

Endurance: 10/10 ? Awesome, didn?t want to leave the gym the last couple of days.
