I've used it for triceps and legs so far. Let me say, this is one good product. It's a little sweet for my taste but it's still pretty good and definately better than some other products I've had from other companies. I don't even consider taste much anymore but it's always a plus when something doesn't taste really bad.

As for the performance of the product, I like it very much. I really liked the lactic acid buffering effect. It helped me push to the end of my sets without the mental part coming in too much from having to push through the burn. I like the burn and all but sometimes certain sets need as much intensity as possible.

For me, this is legs. Legs are probably the hardest bodypart(s) to hit because of the sheer effort involved.

Purple Wraath helped me get through the workout without pretty much dying.

GlycerGROW Review!

Taste: 8/10
When scooped directly in your mouth, its a sweet/salty taste that almost is reminiscent of fried foods. I really like the taste of it!

Mixibility: 3/10
Simply put, this stuff does not mix in liquids. It just floats at the top. The scooper however is small, and the taste of the powder is mild, so I recommend scooping it directly in the mouth and chasing with water.

Effectiveness: 7/10
Taken 1-2 scoops every day.

While it's only been about 2 weeks on GG, the results have been very good. What's interesting is that you need to increase you water intake when taking GlycerGROW, in order for you to a) make it work better and b) not become dehydrated. I thought it was going to be tough to drink so much water, however once you take the GG you become sort of dry-mouthed and thirsty. This is a good feeling because you know GG is putting the H20 where it needs to go: into your muscles, cells, etc. So drinking more water on this stuff is actually pleasant-I didn't have to force any down!

The pumps have been really good. while I lift for strength and hypertrophy and not so much the pumps, it is a pleasant side effect.

The endurance with GG has been very surprising. I've felt more energy and will-to-lift during my workouts. I'm quite surprised at this.

The biggest effect of GG has been the volumization. They don't lie when they say "Cell BURST Formula". I've seen myself being much more vascular and full, since starting. I've opted for smaller doses everyday, instead of large doses a few times per week. I feel this has kept me 'swelled' up and volumized. I really can't wait for this stuff during the summer!!!

I received a sample packet of Purple Wraath about two weeks ago and decided to drink while watching the Colts vs Pats. I would like to thank Tank and everyone else at CL for the sample pack.

I will be reviewing this on taste and mixability

Mixability= 9/10
I used 16 oz for one serving(1 pack) and let it sit for about 45 minutes. It completely dissolved after shaking it a couple times. I really dont understand what people expect from Purple Wraath regarding mixability, if you have ever bought an EAA or BCAA bulk product you will understand it takes time.

Taste=8/10
Personally I am not a fan of grape flavored drinks, but this was better tasting than Xtend's grape flavor. I first used 16 oz for the whole packet(1 serving) it tastes a bit strong and had a bitter aftertaste. I then added about 10 oz and it tasted much better, a hint of grape and the bitter aftertaste was gone.

Overall=8.5/10
Would I purchase Purple Wraath in the future, possibly if I am looking for an EAA supplement in a bulking phase. The flavoring is not bad considering EAA's in bulk are even nastier than BCAA's in bulk.

Final Review!!!

First off I want to thank Tank, Pu12, and the whole CL crew for giving me a chance to test YN. I surely hope this isn't my last CL log b/c I've enjoyed using their products. Especially Black Hole and now YN

This was my first time using a product of this nature so I really didn't know what to expect and how I would react to it. I've never really been one to use Nootropics, not b/c I think they don't work but b/c I've never really looked into them until recently. If you followed my log I used various dosages and dosage times and some experiences were def. better than others. I'm going to base my review on the dosages and dosage times I thought were best and how I reacted to them.


--My favorite dose that I tried with YN had to be the 3 caps before bed dose. I really experienced some of the best sleep I've ever gotten when I took it before bed. I would take it about 45 minutes before bed and as soon as I hit the pillow I was pretty much out. I can't recall waking up one time in the middle of the night when I took YN before bed. No grogginess the next morning either which was good. I didn't use it every night before bed but I was using it a good three times a week without the effects diminishing. Def. a great sleep aid IMO. Overall Rating: 10/10

--The other dose I thought worked well for me was the split dosage. 2 caps at once then about 30-45 minutes later 1 more cap to help keep the "buzz" going. I always took this when I needed to relax which was usually after my workout. I get so worked up at the gym I need something later on in the evening to help calm me down and YN did a good job with it. I found this was the best dosage to help avoid the tiredness and lazyness that some other reviewers got. Overall Rating: 8.5/10


--Another dose I tried was the 3 caps at once dose. This dose was good if you wanted a quick buzz but it seemed to only last about an hour for me and then it was gone, not to mention this dose seemed to make me tired and lazy more so than the other dosages. It's a nice feeling while it lasted but it seemed to be a huge "high" for an hour and then nothing. Overall Rating: 7/10

--The dose that was the worse for me was the pre workout dose. I used this dose pre workout a few times and my workouts really struggled. When I used the 3 caps at once dose pre workout the motivation and energy was non-existant. I mentioned in one of my posts in my log saying I could have easily fell asleep between sets while doing a chest day and that's true. The split dosage(2 caps about 45 minutes pre workout and one more when I arrived at the gym) wasn't as bad but even then my workout still suffered more than I wanted it too. The pre workout dose is really my only gripe against YN as it did nothing for me and a couple other users have reported this as well pre workout. Other than that YN is a good product IMO. Overall Rating: 1/10

Overall I was pleased with YN and I think it has quite a bit of merit. Of course not everything works for everybody but I enjoyed it. It would be great if CL could get some sample packets for YN like they did with the PW and Green Mag. so people could try a sample or two out and see how they like it before buying a bottle.

Mortman212: Green MAGnitude + Purple WRAATH + GlycerGROW

Well I finished a cylce of 1AD/4Ad Ergopharm, 17 days ago and I am a few days from ending my PCT. I used Nolva 40/20/10 and clomid 100/50 and 2g of fenugreek and 2g of tribulus, plus all support supplements. I went from 225 to 238lbs and I have only lost 2 lbs during PCT.

But what I am most impressed with is the Controlled Labs stack. First day of PCT I added Green Mag with GG 45 mins prewo and Purple Wrath during my workout. Green Mag is amazing, and i do 3 scoops of GG chased with Green Mag. My workouts have continued to increase or stay the same after my cycle. My strength is just as good as when I was on cycle, the only difference I would say is my recovery time is a little slower. But as long as my strength stays up I am happy.

I recommend everyone who wants to have a successful Prohoromone cycle to do your research and dont skimp on the accessories, such as Nolva, clomid, liver and lipid support and dont forget to add a good creatine product and BCAAs into your PCT it can make your cycle worthwhile.

Mickfootie: Blue UP + SesaGLOW:

This combo was given to me by Controlled Labs to Log over an initial 30 days with updates on the SesaGlow for the next 30.

The overall combo worked great for me and i particularly liked the Blue Up with the Yohimbe.
This gave me the perk up i needed before training and on work days when taken as soon as i woke.
This was a great Test Booster with an added kick and really made me feel good. The Yohimbe in the product was great and gave me some effect within a couple of days of taking the product, the Test boosting side i could feel came in around 2-3 weeks fully with good effect.

The BlueUp rating - 10/10

The SesaGlow in my opinion is a good product but dont think it is that good as a standalone cutting product.
It seemed to be good at keeping extra fat off and good dispersion of fat around the body, but dont think it did too much to lose fat.
It did however give me some really good skin conditioning and like i said evenly disperse the fat i had so didnt sit around my waist.
This product would probably be good to take when bulking to keep the extra fat from the higher calories off.

SesaGlow rating - 7/10

The overall combination though was good as they seem to work well together.

Alright,I'm sold on Sesaglow,at the very least.

Work outs have been a bit more solid since the start of this trial,so Blue Up may very well have more up its sleeves than CNS stimulation.I didn;t get my T levels checked beforehand and won;t be getting them checked post but I would venture a guess and say it's having a positive effect on my test levels,which are fairly low to begin with.

I've been on a no carb diet for 3 full days with today being the 4th. I am carb depleting to do a quick 5 day DNP cycle. I decided to buy White Blood just for the hell of it. I'm really not into NO products, because I pump up just fine. I feel if you can't get a pump lifting weights, you aren't lifting properly. Anyway, I've tried different NO sample products and received nothing. Well today I started sipping WB (2 scoops)right after work 1:30 and finished by the time I got to the gym 1:55. I did not sleep well last night and got about 3hrs total of sleep. So I hit the gym and really didn't notice an energy kick, but I don't feel anything on ephedra either. What I did notice was mental focus. I kept yawning through my workout so I know I was tired but the WB kept me going. As for the pump (I just did bis and tris to test effectiveness) and all I can compare it to is a Dbol pump, but to a greater degree. My muscles felt like the were going to tear through the fascia on every rep. I'm actually afraid to take this product on leg days. Controlled Labs deserves a round of applause for putting out such a top notch product that actually works on the first serving. I'm an old school guy and as long as the stuff doesn't taste like Hot Stuff or Smilax, I'm good. The flavor tasted like Lemonade Flavor-Aid powder (its a Kool-Aid knock off if you don't know) Flavor 7 Mixability 10 Effectiveness Stratosphere.

As for the taste, absolutely incredible. I will post this when I start my log introduction later tonight, but I am ALWAYS skeptical when I taste something I am supposed to be drinking during a workout. I just tried a half-scoop, and it tastes great. I don't know if anyone has said this yet, but it tastes like C-A-N-D-Y. Great job on the improved flavoring system.

I have been taking white flood for about two weeks and have enjoyed its effects. I do not get amazing pumps from it, but I definitely get a descent pump and energy boost from it. I have also used white blood and had better pumps from that. I must say that the controlled labs NO products have been the only products that I have recieved a good pump from. I have tried NO2 and NaNOX9 and felt nothing. If I had to choose my favorite NO product, I would choose White Blood!

Review

First thanks to the Controlled Labs team for the contest - I was one of the lucky winners. I used White Flood for a little over a month. Now taking a break and will use it again in a month or so.
So how was it?

Taste:
Like I said before, compared to other NOs I have tried, it was far superior, I actually was able to drink it more than 2 sips at a time like I used to do with the other ones. I used it solo for a few times and then was always mixing it with Green MAGnitude - personally I liked that combination more. Also I used about 0.5L of water to mix, that made the taste even better. Especially if you are drinking the White Flood by itself, using the recommended amount of water the taste is a bit strong.

Pumps:
Great pumps. Overall fulness especially when doing shoulders and arms. Vascularity was about average, I noticed the pumps more.

Strength:
This was the most noticeable. It was absolutely crazy! I was able to add more weights and do more reps with every different set. It was very obvious.

Focus:
Pronounced as well, and my hands were not jittery or anything from the caffeine. It was a good sustained effect.

Recovery:
Can't really decide conclusively on this, but I seemed to be at the gym days in a row and the soreness was not as much as before.

Endurance:
Cardio is not my favorite thing but with flood, I felt like I could go on and on. Did not seem to tire and wanted to stay longer in the gym everytime.

So, to summarize:
- Mixes great.
- Felt effects quickly after ingestion, about 15-20 mins or so.
- Good pump, endurance and focus
- Amazing energy levels
- Mix with more water
- If you have extra silica gel dessicants, consider adding 1 or two to the container, because apparently it has a tendency to form clumps. Silica helped in my case. Also shaking the container before opening makes it powdery.
- Avoid taking on totally empty stomach, I got lightheaded towards one of my workouts when I did that. Take with carbs.
- Watch your form! I almost injured my shoulder because I was doing heavy loads easily.

Weight change:

03-09-2007 - 193 lbs [Green Mag, Restore(finishing) and add White Flood
03-17-2007 - 193 lbs [Green Mag and White Flood only from now on
04-15-2007 - 196 lbs [Green Mag and stop White Flood

It may not seem much, but with my out of whack school diet, where meals were skipped almost every day - I was happy with this.

I still have half the container remaining, oh ya this needs to be mentioned, this product is very cost effective. The cheapest I found on the internet was $35.99, comes to $0.72 per serving. Compare to other preworkout blends, you know this is a good deal!

So would I but it again? Yes! But I don't need to in the near future since half the container is still full.

Recommended? Definitely

Next time,probably in a month or so after school is done, I'm going to be mixing it with Purple WRAATH, should be even better!

Product Thoughts:

I should preface this review by stating that, in general, I am NOT a fan of N.O. based products. I still have a few bottles of White Blood that I haven't used just because me and N.O. products aren't real close like that.
However, based on some of the additions to this product that you don't see in a typical N.O. Preworkout product, I came into this log with an open mind.

Between Beta-Alanine, Glucuronolactone, GABA, and Octacosanol, I was impressed with the properties of the product before even taking the initial dose. However, I've been impressed with many formulations to end up being severly disappointed in the end results. With that in mind, we jump into the meat of the review.

It is essential when reading this review to understand that my goals are different from that of most people you will find on this site. My primary goal is to build endurance, my secondary goal is to drop fat, and then and only then is my focus to retain muscle mass/strength. This leads to me doing a lot of cardio, and more of a maintenance weight routine. Add onto the complex nature of my program that I am overweight.

How did White Flood relate to my goals:

Endurance - The progressive nature of my cardio program really put this portion of the product to the test. I can easily say that my endurance was greatly improved by adding White Flood to my routine. I had previously used only Purple Wraath for endurance purposes, and found that adding White Flood to the mix was very synergestic. I must say that this is the most effective 1-2 punch I've had to date.

Weight Loss - While there is not a real direct correlation between White Flood and fat loss persay, the effects White Flood exhibited on my workouts allowed me to keep up intensity while operating in a deep caloric deficit, which focused on exercise induced deficit > food deficit. Because of this, my weight during the log initially went UP. I know, UP YOU SAY!? This was due to the fact that White Flood enabled me to increase my workload and at first I didn't increase consumption enough to even it out. Once I upped calories my weight began to drop again. The total weight loss during the log was 14.2lbs.

Muscle Sparing/Strength - Although I do not have bodyfat readings for before and after I can tell that the majority of the weight lost was based on non-muscle sources. My strength increased on nearly every lift and my recovery time was GREATLY improved. I believe that the glycogen sparing addition of Octacosanol was a key factor for the success of this product. Finally, I must note that the pumps delivered by this product were just insane. I normally do not experience much of a 'pump' when using N.O. products, and as such was pleasantly suprised.

And now on to some scores and ratings:

Taste - 8/10 - While the flavor 'grew on me', I feel that a flavor other than 'Electric Lemonade' would have worked better for this product. I'm a HUGE fan of the flavoring of Green Magnitude by Controlled Labs, so maybe take something from that page and make a 'stronger' flavor. I realize that the ingredients flavored in this product are hard to mask, but if anyone can do it.. :P

Price - 10/10 - A 1.21lb container, which contains 50+ servings, runs for $39.99 on the bb.com superstore. So at just about 80 cents a workout, I can safely say that this is a 10.

Overall - 9.25/10 - The addition of caffeine to the mix threw me off. I understand the goal of trying to have a single main preworkout supplement, but for me the caffeine was just unneccesary and made it more difficult to stack it with some products I might have otherwise combined. Aside from that, the ONLY thing it lost points on was the flavoring, not bad but not great.

Would I buy this product? Yes, I will be purchasing a bottle soon!

Overall, I was extremely pleased with the stack. I increased all of my lifts (some pretty significantly). The results were fantastic. The only thing I didn't like was the taste of PW, which has apparently been addressed with a new version. I ended up diluting 2 scoops with about 32 oz water and it wasn't too bad.

I love YN! I'm on my 3rd bottle now. I've found that the most effective time is pre-cardio. When I'm done, the calm that I feel is great. One of the few products of that kind that have worked on me.

You may have to experiment with timing, such as on an empty stomach, pre-cardio, etc. I've seen a lot of variation as to what the most effective timing is from different people.

First I would like to thank Controlled Labs for running the contest that enabled me to try this out. I ran a 30 day log which can be found HERE

My expectations for the log were to judge this product as a performance enhancing pre-workout product. My evaluation will deal primarily with the effects I felt in the gym, and not too much with gains or body comp. Also I must mention that this is after only 4 weeks of use, so I can fully analyze the effects of this product as an energizer/pre-wo supplement, but not as much for effects on body composition.

In case you were wondering, here are a list of NO products and/or pre-wo supplements I have used in the past:

On to the product at hand. I will rate it based on the categories I evaluated it on throughout my log.

Focus: 9/10 This is one of the more noticable effects I noticed when using Whited Flood. As soon as I would be about half way done with my serving, I was very alert and dialed in. My walks to the gym were very intense, and quicker than usual. I had more of a mental drive to get ther than usual.

Once in the gym my focus was generally very solid. There were a couple days where a lot was going on with school, and around me at the gym, and I was totally dialed in. A very few workouts I was bothered by certain things, but I never day dreamed or lost focus completely like I have before using WF.

Energy (Immediate): 7/10 For me the energy never hit me right away, or very noticably. The good thing I can say about energy is that I never crashed from this, and the energy I did get was very smooth and not jittery. However, I would have liked more of a kick from the get go, which I did not receive. Overall this isn't a huge deal to me as the other aspects made up for it, but I would've preferred a stronger initial burst.

Pumps: 8.5/10 The pumps varied greatly while on this product. When I performed arms it was the sickest pump I have ever gotten hands down. I definately noticed more back and quad pumps than ever before as well. There were days, however, where everything was constant and felt the same, but the pumps were not above average. This is not a make or break deal for me on a pre-wo supplement though, as I consider other aspects more important.

Endurance: 9.5/10 The endurance was the best aspect I got out of White Flood. My workouts were noticably more intense, and yet I still had more of a desire to stay in the weight room and do abs/calves, or even do some cardio. I very rarely felt like leaving the gym when my training was over. When I took 2 scoops prior, and one scoop during, I was able to lift for 1.5 hours (with plyos in between), and complete a half hour cardio session no problem afterward. I could definately feel the ability to go even further, but I felt it would be counterproductive. I was very surprised at this given the low overall amount of BA I was getting. I would love to see the results of adding additional bulk BA.

DOMS: (No rating) I thought I would touch briefly on DOMS. My soreness increased dramatically while on White Flood, which I assume was due to the increase in workout intensity. I ended up doing plenty more drop sets than usual. I do not think WF leads directly to greater DOMS, as I'm sure the change in training effected that. It did not seem to alter my recovery for good or bad.

Price: 10/10 Depending on how you react to stims, you can get anywhere from 40-65+ workouts on this. Some people only need one scoop, I myself needed 2.5-3. Either way, that is a ton of workouts and certainly worth the 37-40 dollar range.

BOTTOM LINE: The bottome line is pretty simple. This is the most well-rounded pre-wo supplement I have used to date. It was not incredible in terms of initial burst of energy, but everything else seemed to make up for it. These 4 weeks of training were much more intense than normal, simply from this product. I was able to push out some extra reps, and my strength rose week to week. Endurance was my favorite part, followed close behind by focus. This really enhanced my MMC, and I will use this product again.

I do plan on purchasing this product in the future, after I try a couple other products. I believe this would be killer on a cut, as it would keep endurance high along with intensity, while calories are low.

If you are on a very tight budget, but still looking for something outside the basics, I would recommend this product. It is very affordable, and you could use it on priority workouts only, allowing a tub to last a very long time.

Mixability 8.5/10: GreenMAG is pretty awesome at mixing except for what I am told is the Tyrosine at the bottom the cup which needs the swirl n? chug towards the end of the drink.

Taste 9.9/10: Taste is pretty much awesome and is one of the highly touted characteristics of this product so I won?t dive into it too much, but it is great and definitely makes me want to drink more. I mix in about 8oz. of water and just drink.


Results 10/10: In my recent switch from maintaining to pursuing strength, GreenMAG has made it an easier trip. I?ve become more solid muscle-wise, as well as gained significant strength in all of my lifts. Not all of this is GreenMAG but I give it significant credit. Really an awesome product. Some of the gains over the past 70+ days:
Bench from 170x5 to 185x5
Incline DB from 65x5 to 75x5 (did 80s for 2 workouts but dropped back down, about to go up again)


Value 10/10: 80 servings.. $40.. what more do you need to know? Best bang for your buck short of mono. Way cooler than mono though

Taste 6/10: I have Version 1, which at first tasted like absolute horse piss (figure of speech, I do not actually drink horse pee). After about the 10th day it got more tame, and by the end I almost liked it, but really still didn?t. It was tolerable and made about an 8/10 with a crystal lite packet. When I get V3 I?m sure this will go up significantly.

Mixability 6/10: Decent mixability if in luke warm water, pretty good mixability if in very cold water. Only reason for a low score is that it took 15-20 min to make it happen.

Energy 8/10: No crazy energy, but noticeable difference from normal. 7/10 because you don?t really notice it until you miss a day and its not there. Made me have more of a drive I guess because I could push myself more.

Recovery 9.75/10: I recovered faster than my teammates during reps, sets, as well as days. When we did our plyo and weight day I could do more reps in the time we had as well get my sets completed faster. I was also less sore over the days and it got better as the Purp and I took our journey together.

Overall 9.22/10: Awesome overall product, for sure will buy again after I experience Xtend.

I put in half of the sample packet in 14 oz of water and after about 30 seconds of intense shaking there were little blue particle that sunk to the bottom. Here's a picture to show you what it looked like.

Taste: 8/10
I remember trying a sample a while back and it wasn't bad. This was slightly sweeter but both tasted similar for some reason. I know it's weird. I enjoyed it during my workout.

Mixability: 7/10
I shook the shaker for about 1 minute and left it there for about 5 minutes, came back and shook it again but there were stil white particles floating around. I didn't mind, it seemed to dissappear as the workout continued.



THE WORKOUT: CHEST/BICEPS

I am not even gonna lie here, my strength was insane! I'm cutting too so I'm on a calorie deficit. Last week I thought I had a good chest day putting up 70 lb dumbbells on incline. Today I put up 85's for 6 reps. YES it's not amazing but I cannot believe it. I noticed more veins on my biceps too.

Pump: 9/10
Vascularity: 7/10
Focus: 9/10

OVERALL: 9/10
The only problem is the mixability and everything else is fine. I was chosen as a tester for WHITE FLOOD couple of months back but I had an injury and couldn't participate.

Ok as far as Controlled Labs Supps go I am a huge fan, they are one of top 3 out top 5 fav supplement companies So a big thanks goes out to Tank and the Controlled Labs team first and foremost for sending me this sample along Green Mag and Purple Wraath. Just to mention I am not going review Green Mag and Purple Wraath because there is no need to...PW is a staple product for me and Green Mag is my fav tasting creatine product there is...so I don't think I need to say anymore about those two my reviews would be quite biased. On with White Flood....


Taste: 6/10....wasn't the greatest, but not the worst. Had to mix Green Mag with it to make a solid tasting drink.

Pumps: 9/10....I loved the pumps it gave me, I felt strong and ready to blast through my workouts and I did! However, Gaspari's SP250 is still top dog to me.

Energy: 10/10....I have to say that this stuff really woke me up and had me ready to go. I felt ready to slaughter the iron and my energy was sustained throughout the workout....a no brainer 10 here.

Vascularity: 9/10....Believe it or not just from the one dose I noticed some good vascularity

Focus: 8.5/10....I had solid focus and felt dialed in, but it wasn't the most intense drive I've ever felt, still it was solid.

Overall Effectiveness: 8.5/10.....A solid product. It garners attention and it is something I will eventually give a full run through. .However, I have to admit, it is hard to steer me away from using Gaspari SP250(Blue Raz, or Orange Cream) and Universal's Shock Therapy(Grape)....I cycle between the both of them. Anyway....Good Job Controlled Labs, another solid product from a top notch supplement manufacturer...none of your products have let me down yet.

After only 5 days of taking it I can say White Flood is the best supp I've ever used
It works so well that i keep thinking there has to be something in it that is harmful to my body.

First of all the taste gets better with continued use. I'm to the point that I just mix it with about 6-8 ounces of water to get it down quick and it doesn't bother me but i could care less about the taste...just as long as it works.

After mixing the 2 full scoops It takes about 10-15 minutes to kick in and when it does it is such a wonderful feeling. Reminds me of the days when I would have to get spinal taps (i had Leukemia) and they would sedate me with a certain drug. Except instead of making me tired It gets me cranked up to workout like nothing I've ever tried. The GREAT feeling diminishes quickly but I still end up feeling good a few hours after I've already worked out.

The pumps are unreal and my muscles have never looked so full. I notice a little more vascularity but it doesn't seem to last long. I have been adding at least 5 more pounds on every lift I do and that started from day one of taking it...so whether that is just from the pump or strength I dont know but I'll take it.

I've tried, Size On, No-Explode, No Shotgun, Fast Twitch, Shock Therapy, even AMP for energy and the list goes on...but nothing has even compared to this in energy, pumps and mood. In fact most of it didn't work as I have a very high tolerance to everything. I have to admit I was shocked this worked so well, I just pray I dont end up with any bad side effects. I do hope everyone gets a chance to try this because it really does work.

Taste-7/10
not the best thing i've ever tasted but not the worse. However when the powder started turning brown the taste did worsen alittle bit. However if you mixed it with green mag and later during this log i mixed it with lemonade xtend and it tasted fine to me.

mixability-8/10
the powder did mix rather well but it would get clumpy after while and was harder to mix, just needed alittle more shaking usually.

Effects-9/10
Effects were rather noticable with such a small serving size energy was pretty good but not to good that would keep you redlining overnight. Pumps were good but not explosive, i'd rather have that effect then have a pump that causes to hold some of my lifts back and it was good to see anti-oxidants in the formula as well. You often dont see that in post-workout products.

Overall i did enjoy this product. I have had more energy and pump from NO-Shotgun but this product isnt about everything and the kitchen sink. As you know NO-shotgun isnt exactly cheap and you only get 30 servings (which is good even then when you think about no-xplode). 50 Servings does last a long time ( i feel there might have even been alittle bit more) and if you need a bit of a more boost you can always use 3 scoops which does feel like a step up from 2 but usually 2 is enought. Overall i enjoyed this product and heck i still have some green mag left over. Muscle fullness and focus was apparent during this stack and i started off weighing in at 216lbs and now i'm down to about 208 and even now i'm still adding weight/reps to some exercisies which feels good with only haveing 200grams of carbs most days.

Again i'd like to thank PU, Controlled labs and everyone who stopped by and had kind words to say. This is why i think CL is a great company and has some of the best, no BS, bang for the buck supplements around.

ZZ Topless: Green MAGnitude + Purple WRAATH + White FLOOD

Yes another one, but this **** is so good I have to do it.

Well I have been taking Green MAG, Purple Wraath and White Flood stack for a week now, and let me just say, NICE. I've been takin the GM for a month or so, but with the addition of the other two my workouts are ****ing insane. I am breaking personal records left and right!

Today I had my first back/shoulders workout on this stuff and it was the best workout I've ever had. I went up to 250 on deadlift for the first time ever, and managed 2 sets of 7 with that weight on the bar, after doing 2 sets of 245. I felt like I coulda kept going too, but didn't want to overdo it. I expect to go up to 275 by the end of june at this rate.

It's too early to tell mass gains, but I'm seeing improvements in the mirror for sure. Eating big and clean is most of that, of course.

I have a minor concern though: I am frequently getting messy ****s. Like as if it came right outta the small intestine and isn't fully digested yet, you know? It's not runny per se, but it aint exactly solid. Any suggestions?

Still, that is minor, and this is the best stack I've ever tried. Great job CL, you have a new customer in me for sure and I will be recommending this stack to my lifting buddies without reservations.

After reading some good reviews about RAG2 I decide to be overly optimistic and see what a months worth of RA could do for me.

I'll be the first to admit that I was realistically looking for a miracle supp. I was just going to take the pills, cut back on the calories, cut back weight training from 4 days a week to 3, and add in some cardio. I did have every intention of going for about 30 minutes of cardio 4 nights a week. Suffice it to say that did indeed not happen.

I don't want to continue to ramble on in run-on sentences, so I'll just list my stats before and after:
