    what exactly is bulking?

    and why would you have to cut in a clean bulk if you dont gain BF from a cleanbulk?

    is bulking when you just eat like crazy to attempt to gain muscle weight and not fat weight? if so why would you need to cut?

    how does a skinny person bulk/cut?

    how do they keep there BF low, explain this to me, im confused

    Although I agree, we can't use this response for everything.

    When you bulk you're going to gain fat to an extent no matter what. Cutting will just make you look better.

    When you bulk your eating above your maintenance calories in an attempt to gain as much muscle as possible, while trying not to put on too much fat.

    Cutting is when you eat below your calorie maintenance, in an attempt to lose fat, while trying not to lose too much muscle.

    You don't need to eat like "crazy" on a bulk, just more meals. Some people eat like 5000 calories but most of the time you won't need to.
