which preworkout of the three should i try next

I haven't heard of any of those but I would look at K-Otic. I have been using it for the last month or so with great success. Its based in Kre-Alkalyn and not full of stims. Take a look at it and see what you think.

If you arent set on one of those preworkouts, I would go with Magnum Serum. It taste good, price isnt to bad, and most importantly I have loved the results I got from it. My favorite pre workout to date! just my 2cents.

Cool names, any one of them could be a Mel Gibson movie title.

However, I'd probably refer back to the bb.com Top 50 for a starting point. Being on that list may only mean that a manufacturer's marketing is working as per plan, but they don't stay on there for long if somebody doesn't think they're getting good results.

to tell you the truth so far the best on I tried is C4 extreem. even after 3 hours in the gym it don't seem like enough. But it gives me bad heart burn. Rage is good to but it don't have that same pump. They both make you tingle all over but every one has different taste and all of are bodies are different
