    feel a bit of ankle soreness/clicking from calf excercises

    just wondering if this should be something to be concerned about?

    I'm doing calf raises, seated calf raises.

    Also when I bend my knee, there is a clicking sound.
    (maybe from doing squats wrong iunno)

    This might be nothing but maybe I might not be doing the exercise correctly or what

    This is all very vague but yeah, the clicking sounds makes me think I need better form or something.
