I've been working out for 12 weeks now. I started on May 27th. My goal since I've started has always been to improve for the ice hockey season. When I first got here to the desert, I had no plan. I didn't know what sort of program to do. I started the first couple days just going to the gym and doing a few sets of random exercises. Then I saw a program in Muscle and Fitness called Rest Pause. I did that for 3 weeks before I discovered this site and the hockey training article that I'm following now.

I liked the rest pause training but I quit that immediately and started following the 3 phase programs in the article. I have one more week of the second phase before I move on to the 3rd phase which is get faster. The first phase was hypertrophy for 4 weeks. I was really impressed by the results of that. Right now I'm about to start my 6th week of the 6 week strength training phase (not expecting major size gains) and then speed training for 4 weeks. Then I should be home back in Germany. I'm gonna take 2 weeks off before the season starts but I'm gonna continue lifting and working out after the 2 week break since I've caught the bug. Here are the pics of my progress so far. I will post final result pics in about a month. The following supps were used:
Cytogainer for about a month and a half
Anator p70 for about a month
Now currently using Muscle Milk and Fast Twitch

During this time frame, I've increased my bench almost 100 pounds. Right now, I'm currntly at 240 max.
