    Right wrist busted

I think I got it one day when I was doing above average weight on flat dumbell presses. Interestingly it only happened on my right (dominant) side. Now when I do heavy barbell curls, i get a pain that feels like a combination of stretch/and sore. It's kind of weird, its definately an ouch pain but at the same time it doesn't seem to bother me and if I can deal with it for a few minutes I can usually get through my workout.

The pain is easy to reproduce it happens whenever I lock my fingers together and twist my right hand (either direction). If I rotate my wrist i feel a little popping, similar to like cracking knuckles. My left wrist does not do this.

How long has this problem been going on?

It is virtually impossible for any poster to accurately diagnose your wrist problem and if it does not improve after a layoff (yes, it would be a smart move to layoff for awhile to give the wrist an opportunity to heal) it would be important to consult with a had/wrist orthopedic specialist to diagnose, and if necessary to treat your injury. To continue to train at this time may result in your making an acute injury a chronic one!
